(Emma's POV)

My eyes slowly open as I sprawl out on my bed. I surprisingly slept well last night without Killian by my side. A thought seemed to calm me.

It's our wedding day.

I get up, yawn and stretch. It takes a moment before the realization sets in.

IT'S OUR WEDDING DAY!

My heart starts beating rapidly and I can't seem to wipe off the smile from my face. I am lifted from my thoughts when Regina, Zelena, Eva, and Mom walk through the door.

"Today is the day!" Eva says as she comes over with a smile and grabs my hands. She lifts me up out of bed and pulls me over to them. "Now eat so we can start getting you ready." I walk over to the small table I have on my balcony where Zelena sets down a tray of food. Regina exits into my closet and emerges with my dress. She lays it down neatly on the bed and I can't find it in myself to rip my eyes away.

I'm going to marry Killian in that dress.
I am going to marry Killian.

A blush washes over my face and I smile to myself.

"Would you look at her?" Mom says. "She looks like I did on my wedding day. You can't wait can you Em?"

"No not at all." I reply still daydreaming a little.

"You should eat." Regina motions to the food. "The sooner you finish, the sooner you can get into the dress."

I sit down and eat quickly. I wouldn't say I scarfed down my food but everybody else would say otherwise. It tasted- well I don't exactly remember how it tasted.

"Alright lets do this." They give me a silk bathrobe to wear while we get ready. Mom goes out of the room and comes back with a group of maids. "Oh wow."

Eva directs them. "Two with Snow, Regina, Zelena, and I. 4 with Emma." I knew that I wanted to have Regina and Zelena as part of my wedding. They are so important to me that I couldn't imagine it without them.

The girl starts to style my hair with curls and braids all so intricately twisted together. To top it off they put pearls all throughout the braid. They remind me of him and his love for the sea.

I continue to think about him while they start my makeup. A few minutes later, I just need to take a breath. I start to get nervous. "I'll be right back."

I walk into the bathroom and I place my hands on the edges of the sink. I don't know why I'm nervous. There is no reason for me to be. But then it hits me. It's not nerves. It's magic. I lift my hands to see them glowing brightly. I can't control it but a wave bursts out from them hitting the wall. The stone starts to shimmer before cascading away. I see Killian pacing in his bathroom. He is dressed up in the suit we picked out, looking extremely handsome. A black cap hangs from his shoulders and the sash runs across his chest. His hair is neat and his facial hair is trimmed to look pristine. A sword rests against his hip. I slowly walk up and place a hand on where the wall would be to discover my hand goes right through. I pull it back.

"Killian." I say in hopes that he can see me. He looks up towards me but doesn't look at me.

"Emma." He looks confused.

I stick my hand back out. "I'm here Killian."

"What is this? Where is the rest of you?" He grabs my hand and rubs his thumb along it.

"My magic. It did something. I can see you. Can you see me?" I smile.

"No, just your hand. You know we can't risk the superstition. I don't know how much more bad luck I'll be able to handle." He huffs with a smile. "I take it you can see what's new?"
