Jealousy {Anne with an e story}

Chapter 3

Anne had decided to finally go back into the school once she had calmed down. Feeling quite embarrassed Anne approached ruby to apologize

Anne:Ruby, I am terribly sorry for my behavior. I know how much Gilbert means to you i was just a little angry at the situation myself.

Ruby: why were you angry? You don't even like Gilbert

Diana quickly came to the rescue

Diana : oh ruby you see Anne and Gilbert are very close friends and Anne wouldn't wanna this new girl taking her spot

Gilbert still liked Anne. He was noticing more about her each day. The way she had the smallest smile after she answered a question right. How her hair laid perfectly in place. He noticed when she talked to him she self consciously bit her lip. Rose was starting to notice how he looked at her. She wasn't happy. Rose and Gilbert had been friends for years before he moved to Prince Edward Island. She always liked him. Rose looked at him with fury as he was gazing at Anne. Rose had to do something about it. She was gonna make sure Anne and Gilbert never spoke again.
