Broccoli and Cheese Soup Cream

Ingredients:
60 ml of margarine
60 ml of flour
750 ml of chicken broth
750 ml of fresh milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
500 ml of broccoli (boil it first)
500 ml of grated cheese

steps:
1. melt the margarine in the pot or pan.
2. add the flour, stir for about two minutes
3. add the chicken broth, fresh milk, and salt. stir for about 8-10 minutes or until it mixed well.
4. add the broccoli and cheese. stir for about 3 minutes.
5. Serve on the bowl.
