Chocolate Chiffon Cake

Ingredients:

4 eggs

50 ml of chocolate milk

100 gram of flour

8 tablespoon of sugar

2 tablespoon of butter

1 teaspoon of emulsifier

1/2 teaspoon of rhum (optional)

75 gram of dark cooking chocolate

Steps:

1. Chopped the chocolate dark cooking choclate into a smal piece. Add into the steam bowl with the butter. Steam it until the chocolate been melted.

2. Mix the eggs, emulsifier,  rhum, and the sugar until it can mixed well and the color turned into white, using a mixer with the high speed mode.

3. Add the flour and the chocolate milk (little by little) alternately into the dough, using a mixer with the medium speed mode. Mix it until the dough be mixed well.

4. Add the melted chocolate to the dough. Mix it using a mixer with the slow speed mode or using a spatula.

5. Pour the dough into a 20cm diameter and 7 cm height round baking pan of into a chiffon baking pan. Baked it until cooked well (approximation: 20-30 minutes).
