Sichuan Beef

Ingredients:
300 gram of beef (sliced into thin strips)
120 ml of water
6 pcs long beans (cut into 3-4 cm) [you can use beans if you don't like long beans]
2 tablespoons of salt soya sauce
3-3.5 tablespoons of sweet soya sauce
1.5 tablespoon of brown sugar
0.5 teaspoon of salt
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of margarine

Steps:
1. Heat the margarine with high fire.
2. Put all beef and pour the water. Wait until the water decrease.
3. If the water has been decreased a lot and the beef has been tender, put the minced garlic and the long beans. Stir together with beef using smaller fire.
4. After you stir together the garlic, beef, long beans, and water, pour all soya sauce (both the sweet and the salt). Stir again for 30-60 seconds)
5. Pour the brown sugar. Stir again for about 30-40 seconds or until it mixed well.
6. Serve on a plate.
