Cantonese style steamed fish (清蒸鱼)

ingredients:

350 gram of red snapper fish
Celery leaves
Spring Onion
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of salt soy sauce
1 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of chinese five spices powder
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder

steps:
1. Place the fish in the large bowl
2. Meanwhile, in a separated bowl, mix all the ingredients except the fish, spring onions, and celery. After mix it, pour to the fish.
3. Put the spring onions beside the fish
4. Heat the steamer. Steam the fish for around 17-18 minutes.
5. After the fish has been cooked well, put the celery on the top. Serve it.
