I left the building where I just got done doing my exam. Kenny is trying to look for me. He looks at me and smiles. He comes up to me.
"So, how'd it go? I thought it was kinda easy"
"EASY? THAT WAS THE HARDEST TEST EVER!" I screamed.
"What? I'm gifted!" He snaps. Then he gives me a guilty smile.
"Thanks, love you too" I say in a mean was and I walk away and he joins me.
"Language arts right?"
"Yes, math right?"
"Yep"
We walk with each other like usual.
"So uhh who's your crush?" He says pretending to act like it doesn't really matter to him.
"No one" she says with a smile.

*KENNYS POV*
Dang, she likes someone. This is the first. I really want to know. Truthfully, I don't like her like that. She knows I love her as a friend. But for some reason I'm jealous.
"We'll my class is this way, see ya" she said with a warm smile and heads to her class. She's my best friend.
We meet at lunch and talk like usual.
"Wanna come and watch a movie with me at my house tonight?" She asks, not asking for a date.
"Of course! I'll ask my mom when I go home."
"Okay, bring some popcorn, were gonna watch a funny movie"
She runs over to Matt. I don't like him. He's so mean to me. He's hated me since kindergarten. He's a jerk and I have no reason why she's talking to him. She knows I don't like him. WAIT! Does she like Matt?
She runs back giggling and sits back down with me.
"Do you umm... Matt?" I say and you can see the look in her eyes because she knows I don't like him.
"No, it's.... Corey." She spits out mad covers her mouth.
I'm sorry, but he's way too popular for her. She would never get him. I love her to pieces but he could never possibly be interested in her.
"Pub to doubt he would be interpreted in me" she says and puts her head down.
"Don't talk like that, you never know" even though I just got through telling myself he'd never be interested in her.
"I don't even know why I like him, it's weird, it's just his slick hair, his blue eyes, and his gorgeous smile I just.. Ahhh."
The way she always talks about him makes me sick. I don't like her it just annoys me!

*BETHANYS POV*
Something is strange about Kenny he keeps getting annoyed it sounds like. Maybe he'll stop acting so weird. Maybe he's jealous because I have a crush.
I got on the bus and I waited for Kenny. He comes on the bus with the usual giggles he gets from the girls.
"What a nerd, I can't believe he has a friend!" And "your kidding? He thinks that looks good on him? Suspender are so 1980's" and "how stupid"
"Shut up and mind your own business, will you guys leave him alone for once!" I snap and Kenny looks at me in surprise, the girls as we'll.
"You don't have to do that Beth" he says with a sweet smile.
We get lost in conversation and he gets off at his stop. We both stand up and i give him a hug as usual. This one was long and tight, lifting me off my feet about an inch. It was warm and special. He gives really good hugs. Everyone shouts and screams for us to stop hugging.
"Will you just get off the bus!! Come on!" They are the most immature 8th graders I know. Brittany and Stacy are still best friends and they're still snobby and rude. I hate them.
Once I get off the bus, I sit on the couch and text Kenny for about an hour and read for hours. I take a nice, long, warm shower and out on my pjs. I put on a big black t-shirt and some shorts. I put my hair in a messy bun and curl into my bed and watch dance moms to bed.
