Slight Gore warning
Everyone stood inside of the black Lion
None of them wanted to believe what they saw
Shiro was...gone
"W-What?!" Y/N said under his breath.
"Where's Shiro!?" Keith and Lance asked simultaneously. Allura's brows knitted together, as she tried to think of what to say. Everyone was awestruck as they pondered where their beloved leader had vanished to. "When was the last time you guys saw him?" She asked, fidgeting with her tangled mess of hair. Everyone thought but no one answered. They didn't exactly remember.
skip bcuz i forgot what happened
Y/N's POV
It's been a month now...and we still haven't found Shiro. Keith was now our leader, and we could all tell he was shaken up about the whole situation, as well. I laid in bed one night and thought about this ordeal. I sounded pathetic but I could not loose Shiro! He's been my best friend since we were little kids, and I haven't come this far just to loose him now. I held the small picture in my hand. It was a picture of Shiro and I on our first day of Second grade. We both were not yet 8 years old at that time. In the picture we were both smiling ear to ear, with our arms around each others necks. I remember how we met, like it was yesterday
Flashback
"Mommy do I have to go?" The small boy pleaded, as he sat in the back seat of the car. "Yes baby, I'm afraid you do. But don't worry, you'll make lot's of new friends! I'm sure of it. Now come on, I'll walk you into your classroom."
The mother and her son entered the tall school building. The place smelled like Elmer's glue, and hand sanitizer. When the found the classroom, the teacher smiled, and leaned down next to the boy. "Hello young man! What's your name?"
"Y-Y/N" He squeaked, nearly on the verge of tears. Y/N was the shyest boy in the world. He cried when he met any strangers.
"Well hello Y/N. I'm Miss Whitten, I'm your teacher. How old are you?"
Slowly, Y/N held up a whole hand, and Miss Whitten gasped. "5 years old? Wow you're a big boy. Well Y/N, I'm gonna sit you right down next to Takashi, so he's not lonely."
Miss Whitten directed Y/N to a small table in the very back. At the table, there was one boy. He had dark hair that had been styled into a small little Mohawk.
"Hello" He said in a small voice. "What's your name?"
"Y/n..what's yours?"
"Takashi...But my mama calls me Shiro sometimes."
Miss Whitten passed out crayons and some paper, and told them to draw what they want to be when they grow up. Y/n immediately grabbed a dark purple crayon, and started smudging the waxy substance onto the paper. "What are you drawing, Y/N?" Shiro asked
"A purple lion!"
Just then, a boy with strawberry blonde hair came up to the table. "You're a dummy! Everyone knows you can't be an animal!"
Y/n started to cry. He felt the lump in his throat, and the burning in his nose. Shiro's eyebrows furrowed as he stood up. "Stop that! He can be a lion if he wants to be! It's his dream!"
