Chapter 8

Scarlet

Me and Shay are walking into school and we are both really nervous, she says
"Oh my lord we have to see CC and Andy today, what do you thinks gonna happen?" I shrug, my stomach hurts and I feel like I'm gonna be sick. I take a deep breath and we walk into first period and we see CC and Ash, Shay says
"I think I'm gonna have a panic attack." I say
"No don't deep breath." She shakes her head okay and takes a few deep breaths and we sit down. CC says
"Shay." She looks at him and he says
"We need to talk."

She shake her head yes and CC is about to say something when Mr.Iero stands up and head in tight pants and a button up shirt again. He says
"Good morning everyone I hope you all had a good weekend and are ready to get to work." He walks over to the board with his normal walk. I let out a breath and look at Shay and she's trying so hard to focus too. But it's not working well, my mind wonders off and I start thinking of what will happen when I see Andy.

*****************Next Period*************

Shay and CC are looking at each other at different sides of the hallway and me and Shay go in.

I see Andy sitting there, he is in black skinny jeans a black Misfits t shirt. I stop and Shay says
"You okay?" My stomach starts hurting and I put my hand on my stomach and I say
"I-I-I don't k-k-know if I can talk to him. He probably hates me! What if-" She puts her hand over my mouth and says
"Shut up Scar, listen he won't hate you just let's go sit down and stop panicking." She moves her hand and I shake my head and take a deep breath. We walk over and I sit down and my legs shacking and Shay smacks my arm.

I jump and yell
"Ow!" Andy says
"Hey you okay?" I see he has earbuds in and my mouth opens he I can't get anything to come out. He keeps looking at me and I get up and run out, I run into the girls bathroom and I sit down in the corner. The bell rings and Shay comes in and she says,
"Hey what happened? Mr.Way sent me to see if you are okay." I shake my head no and say
"I can't face Andy." She crouched down and pulls me up and says
"Come on." I protest all the way down the hallway and we get to the door and she says
"Trust me okay." I shake my head and we go in and Mr.Way says
"You okay Scarlet?"

I look at him and see the whole class looking at me and I blush and look down and say quietly
"Yes."
"What?" I say after take a deep breath
"Yes I'm sorry Mr.Way."
"It's fine go take you seats." I slowly walk over and Andy's looking down and I sit down and I sit as close to Shay as I can. She pushes me over and I accidentally bump Andy and I stutter
"I-I-I'm sorry." He looks at me with those perfect icy blue eyes and all I do is stare at him and he says
"Scar." I blush and say
"What?"
"We really need to talk."

I get that pit in my stomach and I say
"O-oh okay." He passes me a note and I touch it and I accidentally touch his hand and I quickly pull mine away. He looks forward and I open it and it says I'm not mad, that's probably what you are thinking. Well I'm not I just I don't know how you feel so I don't want you to feel the presser of thinking you have to like me or something. Scarlet- All the sudden the letters taken out of my hand and I see Mr.Way and he's reading over it. And he looks at me and Andy and I'm blushing and Andy's nervous and he says
"Thank you Andrew for catches the girls up. But maybe wait until I'm done giving instructions." He hands it to me and I feel so relived, we have awesome teachers this year.

******************At Lunch***************

Me and Shay walk into the cafeteria nervously together and we see all the guys at the normal table. We slowly walk over and I sit in between Andy and TJ and Shay sits between CC and Ronnie. Andy says
"Scarlet." I look at him and he takes a deep breath and I whisper
"Andy I'm sorry, my phone died while I was at Shay's and I didn't have my charger and than when I got him so thought you were really mad at me so I didn't know why to say. I'm sorry." He looks down and says
"Scarlet."
"I really am sorry Andy-"
"Scarlet listen please."

I bite my lip and he takes a deep breath and says
"Scarlet, I'm sorry I kiss d you and I'm sorry that I texted you what I did, but I didn't know how you would react and I don't want you mad at me but I also don't want us to be awkward." I look into his eyes than away and I say
"S-so what do we do?" Andy shrugs and we look and see CC and Shay smiling and he puts his hand on hers. I let out a breath and Andy's says
"Come with me." He grabs my hand and he softly pulls me out and into the hallway and we stand in the hallway hidden by a wall. And Andy lets my hand go and he is stand close to me and I look down and he says
"Scarlet." I look at him and he says
"Okay so just let me say this and get through this before you say anything okay?" I shake my head okay nervous and he takes a deep breath.

I hold my breath and he says
"Scarlet, you are so sweet, and cool, crazy, fun. Scarlet I sound super lame or whatever but what I'm trying to get at is, I like you. More than friend like I want to date you but don't know if you feel the same way and if you don't I don't want you to feel like you have to lie or feel like it would ruin are friendship. So I'm going out on a limb here and gonna ask. Scarlet will you be my girlfriend?" I smile super wide and I blush and say
"Yes, I'll be your girlfriend." He smiles and I smile back and he holds my hand and I hold his back and we walk into the lunch room and I'm smiling so big and we gg lunch than sit back down.

I see Shay and CC holding hands and me and Andy eat than throw are trash away, I had Andy's hand again. I smile because it doesn't feel awkward like this shouldn't be like this it almost feels like this is how it should be. Andy's smiling and he says
"Yeah TJ next year I'll be getting it." I say
"Getting what?" He smiles and says
"A tattoo, for my 16th birthday I'm getting a Batman tattoo." I smile and say
"That's awesome I wish my parents would let me get one. They are so cool and I actually already have one I want planned." Shay says
"Which one?" I laugh and say
"The quote." She smiles and says
"What's the quote." I laugh and say
"Okay so I want to get like a meaningful quote you know, something I can look at every day and I can read it and it can remind me that no mater what I'm strong. I will always be strong and just to have it remind me no mater what happens it's suppose to happen for a reason you know?"

They all are smiling and TJ says
"Dee Scar, that was deep." I laugh and say
"Than I just want to get just some other tattoos I like you know." They all agree and me and Andy keep holding hands. Once lunch is over we all head to are next class and I can't stop smiling.

Hey so finally got the chapter done I'll try to keep updating like this but I got school and I'll be working on the story a line for a little while. Shannen's okay I promise just she can't work on the story rn. She'll help me with ides and stuff but I'll be writing alone so sorry if the chapters aren't as good as before for rn. I'm trying to get the updates done and get all my work done. Thanks hope you are still enjoying the story!
