Rosie Matthews a 19 year old girl working at her family Diner. Rosie's Diner. She meets a super star, handsome, young yet mysterious man in a black hoodie named Shawn Mendes. Will they fall for each other?
"HOME SWEET HOME!" i yelled as Shawn and i walked into my house. Mum and dad were obviously at work so it was just Shawn and i "And now i can do this.." he smirked and kissed me "I can't wait to do that in public.. kiss.. hold hands" he adds "I would love to do that but i see how fans react when their favourite celebrity is in a relationship.. they go haywire and protective" i say "I know.. but the Mendes army aren't like that, they are all super supportive no matter what i do" Shawn replies "Okay.. let's go to the diner and have some lunch and so i can say hi to my parents" i chuckled.
We let go of each other's hands in case any fans or paps were there to see us and walked to the Diner. "MUM! DAD!" I exclaimed and hugged them both tightly "Hey sweetie!" they replied, hugging back "Hi Shawn" mum and dad smiled and shook his hand "Hello Mr and Mrs Matthews" Shawn replied back "You two sit down and i'll take your order in a minute" mum smirked "Thanks mum" i smiled back and kissed her cheek. Shawn and i sat at a booth away from the window in the corner of the diner "So.. when are you going back home?" i asked "Maybe in a month or two.. then i would love for you to come back to Canada with me to meet the family" Shawn smiles "I would love that" i smile back and nod my head.
Mum came to our table soon after and wrote down what we wanted "Wanna hear some music?" i suggested "Yeah sure" Shawn replied. We got out of our booth and walked over to the jukebox and looked through the list of 50s songs. We picked 'Blue Suede Shoes' by Elvis Presley and started randomly dancing in the middle of the diner, everyone was happily watching on "Didn't know you could dance Mendes" i smiled as we sat back down at the table "Didn't know you could dance Matthews" Shawn mocked me. After we had eaten lunch Shawn and i left the diner and walked back home.

"I'm so bored!" I groaned "What do you wanna do?" Shawn asks, I shrug my shoulders and sigh. I look over at my window and smile "Come with me" I say and drag Shawn over to my window and open it. "The sunset is stunning.. let's go chill on the roof" I said.

Shawn and I sat comfortably on the roof with each other. I was leaning on Shawn while he wrapped his arm around my shoulder and put his head on top of mine. We sat there in silence for a few hours, enjoying each other's presence and admiring the beautiful pinkish purple sky above us. "Let's go back inside now.. it's getting cold.. " I say and get up first, then help Shawn up. I go to turn around to jump back down onto my balcony but I trip over something and fall off the fucking roof. "SHAWN!" I screamed out in pain. Panic washed over his entire face and rushed inside my room and re emerged from the front door.
"Hun.. did you brake anything?" Shawn asked as calmly as possible "My arm... I think I broke my arm" I cried and held my arm out for Shawn to see. I nearly past out because it was literally in half "Oooh.. this is very very bad! Let's get you to the hospital" he helps me up and gets me into the car then speeds off to get me to a hospital. The doctors took me in straight away and ran a few tests and asked me a couple of questions. "How did this happen Miss Matthews?" the doctor asked.
"I was on the roof with Shawn, my boyfriend and we were just getting up to go back inside when I tripped over something.. a nail that was sticking out? I had no idea and I fell off the roof" I explained "And why were you guys on the roof?" He asked again "We saw the sunset and it was beautiful so we just got on the roof to watch the sunset" I replied "Okay Miss Matthews.. I'll come back in a few minutes to discuss surgery" he leaves and a nurse walks in "Miss Matthews.. your parents are here" she smiles lightly "Thank you so much! Bring them in.. I appreciate it" I smiled back.
"Ohh! Sweetie!" Mum exclaimed and hugged me tightly "Careful mum! My arm is not even in a cast yet.. the doctor stayed he's coming back to "Discuss" surgery" I say "Sorry! Oh my god I'm so sorry!" She panicked "Mum it's okay!" I laughed "in fine" I added "We called Jordan.. his on the plane now.. he just texted me" dad announced. Shawn tensed up and looked at me with an uneasy and confused look on his face "Jordan's my brother relax.." I laughed "He's in University in New York, NYU" "Ahh okay.." he nodded his head as he relaxed a little bit.

"Hey sis!" Jordan smiled widely "Oh my god! Hey!" I ran up to him and hugged him as hard as I could with my cool green cast that was on my hand "I'm so glad your okay" he mumbled in my ear "Yeah! I'm totally fine though... god I haven't seen you in like 3 years.. you've definitely grown taller" I replied back. He greeted mum and dad then looked at Shawn, confused "Jordan, this is Shawn Mendes, my boyfriend.. Shawn, as I've briefly told you this is Jordan my big brother" I introduced one another as they 'bro hug' "Yeah.. I've heard of you.. your the world famous singer" Jordan said "You are correct" Shawn smiled and nodded his head.
"When did you and my little sister get together?" Jordan asked "Only yesterday.. we've been traveling around the world together" Shawn said "Well not the whole world.. I spent the last 4 months of his world tour with Shawn and his crew and we've been hitting it off extremely well.. how's your girl? Isabelle? I wold love to meet her one day.. or she doesn't actually exist.." I teased "Shut up! She's real! She just doesn't have the time and she actually has a huge exam and she needs all the studying and coffees she can get" he says. We all talk for the rest of the night. None of us getting any sleep at all.
