Chapter 22

Rosie's POV

*Few Days Later*

"Okay.. i just booked the venues for the reception, putting the date as the 26th of August 2018" I smiled "The very first day we met.." Shawn smiles widely and kisses me "Now we have to go the appointment to check out the venue for the ceremony where we will actually get married" i say and Shawn and i get into my car and drive off. "Oh it's the perfect place!" i squealed, smiling widely "It's gonna be white everywhere! white seats, white carpet and walls and we can have white roses along here when i walk down the aisle oh! and we can hang white flowers from the celing.. trust me when it's all done it will look gorgeous" i explain.

"You stand there and i'll stand at the front while you walk down the aisle" Shawn smiles. I nodded my head and started to walk down the aisle and once i reached him i put my hands in his. "Will you Miss Rosie Matthews take Mr Shawn Mendes to be your lawfully wedded husband?" Shawn said in a hilarious accent "I do" i laughed nodding my head once again "And do you Mr Shawn Mendes take Miss Rosie Matthews to be your lawfully wedded wife?" i then said in the same accent "I do" he replied "You may now kiss the bride" i added. Shawn then kissed me and dipped me in the process.

"You two are just the cutest" a lady smiled and walked up to us  "Have you thought about booking here?" she asked "Definitely.. we'll book right now, for the 26th of August 2018" Shawn said, holding my hand and squeezed it for reassurance "Excellent! just follow me and you'll put all your necessary contact details" i filled out all the necessary forms and so did Shawn and soon we were all booked and done. "We have so much to do today" i say as Shawn and i get back into the car "What's next?" he asked "We have to deliver the invitations.. get something to eat because i am starving.. then go and book our photographer and videography for before, during and after the wedding and book a DJ, since we decided on having a DJ as our entertainment then we can go home" i say.

"We have a chaotic day ahead of us" Shawn chuckled. He was right. We literally spent 2-3 hours at the photography studio, choosing what package deal we wanted but we eventually found the perfect deal then we booked the DJ, giving him a whole list of songs Shawn and i wanted and now it's currently 11:42 PM  and i'm in bed with Shawn, creating a lookbook of wedding dresses.

I can't wait to marry Shawn.

*5 Months Before The Wedding*

"I think I finally found the perfect bridesmaids dresses" I smiled through the camera screen. Aaliyah, Isabella, Maria, Mia, Anisha, Kayla and I are on FaceTime, talking about the wedding that's coming up in about 5 Months. "Oooh! Show us girl!" Kayla exclaimed. I turned my phone around to face the camera and the girls instantly smiled and screamed "THEY ARE PERFECT!" they all yell, making me laugh "I have them on hold for us and booked an appointment to try them on in a few weeks" i say "Awesome! so have you found you perfect dress?" Isabella asked "Well i'm stuck between like 4 of them" i chuckled and showed them all 4 wedding dresses. 

"Third!" everyone yelled all at once "Okay.. but i love them all!" i whined "Like i said after the appointment with the bridesmaids dresses i am going to try on a couple of dresses for the first time" i say excitedly, clapping my hands.

*3 Months Before The Wedding*

"Hello! i'm Annie and i'll be your consultant for today! Who is the bride to be, today?" She smiles "I am!" i smiled back, raising my arm up "Awesome! and who do you have with you here today?" he asks again "I have my mum Samantha, my mother in law Karen, my maid of honour Isabella and my bridesmaids Aaliyah, Kayla, Maria, Anisha and Mia" I announced "Okay, let's go and look for some dresses" We all cheered and followed Annie over to the millions of racks of beautiful wedding dresses. 

I let my hair down as they added the veil and i looked like a true bride.

"I think this is the dress.." i say, tearing up and nodding my head "Yeah?!" Isabella exclaimed "Yeah!" i chuckled, nodding my head and wiping all the tears away. She ran up to me and attacked me into a big hugged which turned into a massive group hug. Once all the crying of happiness was over i went back into the change rooms, got back into my normal clothes and paid for my gorgeous wedding dress.  

*1 Month Before The Wedding*

"Okay babe.. have fun at your bachelor party" i laughed "But not too much fun okay, love?" Shawn smiled and kissed my forehead "Of course.." i smiled and nodded then leaving the house with the girls. "Do we have to have to do this whole bachelorette thing? can't we just go back to my place, binge watch my favourite shows while pigging out on junk food? that would be the best thing ever" i whine "Stop being a baby.. We are going to a hotel, dressing up in very sexy dresses, doing our hair and makeup then going out to eat then maybe a bar" Kayla smirked. And that's exactly what we did. 

As soon as we got into the room i had a shower, got dressed, did my hair and makeup and just as we were about to leave there's a knock on the door. All the girls look at each other, grinning from ear to ear while I look at them very confused. Did i miss something here? Maria opens the door and in comes a fucking doctor. But i instantly know whats going on. 

A stripper.

They hired a fucking stripper.

This guy had a mask on so i couldn't see his face and then music started playing. 'The doctor' walked towards me and i kept walking backwards until i hit the couch with the back of my legs and sit down. I didn't like this one bit, especially since i'm getting married in less than a month. He started to take his outfit off one by one leaving him in only his mask and boxers. Just as he started grinding on me i was going to push him off me but i noticed a scar on his lower stomach and instantly knew it was Shawn fucking Mendes. By then i think he knew that i knew it was him "Take it off, Love" he said, i could tell he was smiling behind his mask. 

"Shawn fucking Mendes!" i smirked and smashed my lips onto his. He stopped grinding on me and kissed me back with just as much force. Once we pulled away i looked over at the girls who were recording the whole thing "You guys!" i exclaimed "You should of seen your face when Shawn walked through the door!" Mia laughed "Yeah! because i didn't know it was Shawn! can you imagine what i would've done if that wasn't Shawn? i was so close to literally pushing him off of me and shoving him out the door" i laughed. After we stopped laughing our asses off we talked for a while before Shawn had to leave to attend his own Bachelor party.

"Umm, ladies.." I trail off as they turn to face me "Shawn and i are gonna stay back for at least an hour or two.. i'll meet you all at the bar later" i smirked as they nodded their heads and i closed the door, leading Shawn to the bedroom.
