Chapter 28

Roise's POV

"It worked! OH MY GOD! it worked!" Aaliyah screamed running through the house "What?!" i raised my eyebrows "I'm pregnant.. i'm now 9 weeks" she smiled and showed me the tiniest baby bump i have ever seen "Oh my god.. thank you Aaliyah.. thank you for doing this for Shawn and i and thank you for everything" i replied back, wiping my tears away then hugging her "You know I would do anything for you and my big bro.. we have to tell him is he home?" she asked "No.. he's at the studio" I say. Aaliyah grabbed my hand and we got into her car, driving to the studio.

"Shawn!" I exclaimed "Hey honey! Hi Aaliyah!" Shawn jumped up from his seat hugging me then Aaliyah in a tight hug "Careful! You don't want to squish our baby" I smirked. Shawns head shot up and he just stared at me "It worked!?" He went wide eyed. I nodded my head and smiled. Shawn grinned back, pulling both Aaliyah and I into a group hug. "Shit! I hate crying in front of people" he sniffles and wipes his tears away "We're finally gonna have the family we've always wanted" I croaked out "Fuck guys! You making me cry now" Aaliyah laughed also wiping away her tears.

"Hey big bro!" i smiled widely "Woah! why so happy?" he chuckled "Have you noticed that i haven't been on any of my social media?" i asked "Yes i have, actually" he nodded his head "Well about 3ish months ago i had a miscarriage.." Jordan cut me off instantly "What the fuck!" he yelled "Are you okay!? why didn't you tell me?! and why are you smiling?" he added "I'm not smiling about that.. in fact i was a mess for a few weeks and lost a lot of weight but Shawn's sister decided to carry the baby for us and now she's 3 months pregnant" i smiled again "What? thats amazing baby sis! congratulations! tell me about the process" he says.

"Well your gonna have to watch my live stream on YouNow.. Shawn, Aaliyah and i are gonna explain everything to the fans" i replied "Alright.. Isabella and i will watch it, bye baby sis" Jordan then blows a kiss to the screen "Bye big bro" i chuckled and ended the skype call "Aaliyah! Shawn! get your asses in here!" i yelled. A few moments later both the Mendes siblings come into my room and sit on the bed of either side of me. You don't mind talking about this right?" i asked "No of course not! do what you need to do" Aaliyah said "Okay.. here we go.." i mumble, i click a few buttons and soon we're getting over a million viewers.

R- "Hey guys! nice to see you all haven't forgotten about me because i haven't really posted in the last 3 months"

I then started to read the comments.

@Mendesfamily- "Your alive!😂"

@Shawnislife- "Literally just got detention!😂 but you guys are totally worth it!"

@Fangirl.fandom- "What happened!? i was worried sick!"

@Shawn_is_my_dad_and_Rosie_is_my_mom- "It's been forever! i've missed seeing you face Rosie!"

R- "I know! i know! i'm terribly sorry about this and i'll explain every single thing right now! not leaving a single detail out"

R- "So.. backtrack to 3 months ago.. Shawn and i were in LA to visit my parents and Andrew and Geoff came along with us.. i was feeling very sick for the last few days, i was vomiting, coughing, massive headaches and i even threw up when i smelt burger king but i still thought nothing of it, i just thought it was the flu, a cold or a stomach bug so i went to the doctors while Shawn, Andrew and Geoff went out a had a boys day.. i got a blood test done and once the doctor came back with the results they told me to sit down and i got so scared because i thought it was bad news but! they told me i was pregnant.. yep! pregnant, 2 months pregnant in fact.."

I then showed the pregnancy test to the screen to show proof.

@Mendesarmy- "Was!? did you say WAS!?"

@ShawnandRosiefanclub- "No! did you lose the baby!?😢"

@Number1fan- "No! please don't say you had a miscarriage!"

R- "Once i found out that i was pregnant i was so happy.. like the same kind of happy when i got married to Shawn on our wedding day.. i went home and thought of all the ways i could tell Shawn, Geoff, Andrew, my parents and brother.. so i was just watching TV then went to the bathroom because you know.. everyone needs to do their business, when i wiped i saw blood.. i freaked out, i mean i ran straight to my laptop googled this shit up but when i saw that it was part of the pregnancy i calmed down a hell lot.. so skip to a few hours again i went to the bathroom and wiped and saw a heap load of blood, i'm talking about a heavy period flow.."

"I was freaking the fuck out again.. i went back to the doctors crying my eyes out because of how scared i was.. They did a pelvic exam and another ultrasound on me and.. a-and they told me i was having a miscarriage.. i couldn't move.. it felt like my world just came crashing down on me.. the doctor had to take the baby out of me himself by doing a 'Dilation and Curettage' what he did was scrape the lining of my uterus and i saw it.. my baby boy or girl.. after all that horrible stuff happened i went back into the doctors office and he told me the reason of my miscarriage.. he said that it was because of me.. i have major complications with my uterus.."

"I just can't conceive and carry any babies and if i do.. i-if i do keep trying to have a baby all of them will be a miscarriage.. it's just impossible for me to have a baby.. ever.."

I couldn't continue speaking anymore so i left the rest up to Aaliyah and Shawn.

S- "Um.. so when Rosie had told me all of this she didn't eat for the next 2 weeks, she lost a whole heap of weight and you could clearly see her bone.. i was just sickening.. Rosie also would never leave the house and she stopped using all her social media accounts and stopped talking to her brother who she dearly loves, that lives in Colorado with his wife and 2 kids.. it was just those 2 week that was the hardest for Rosie and i and she wasn't i a great place at the time.. uh.. when we told my parents and my beautiful sister Aaliyah she was very, very kind and thoughtful to our loss and instantly she's like 'I'll do it!' i'll carry the baby for you!'

"Rosie and I.. we had no idea what to say! we were so shocked by her response and so happy that there was a chance of having a family so we're like 'yes of course let's do it!' so we drive to the hospital once again and the doctor talked us through the process of Gestational surrogacy.. this might be gross for some of you but what that means is surrogate, is Aaliyah, the egg and sperm are derived from the intended parents which is Rosie and I.. anyways so we went on with the process and paid them whatever we needed to do and then everything happened"

A- "And fast forward three months later i went to the hospital because i was having the same exact symptoms that Rosie was having so i had a ultrasound down and i'm pregnant! well for Shawn and Rosie but i couldn't be happier, i'm doing this for my big brother who i absolutely love and my favourite sister in law, even though i have one.. haha! and i'm now 3 months pregnant"

Aaliyah stood up and showed the screen her baby bump. I'm pretty sure that there's a lot of screenshots of it now.
