Chapter 34

Rosie's POV

*Few Days Later*

I just landed in Miami an hour ago and i've just knocked on the door of Aunt Caroline's house. "Rosie! oh my god honey! you look wonderful!" Aunt Caroline exclaimed and hugged me "Hey aunt Caroline" i laughed and hugged back "Where is the little munchkin? i haven't seen her in so long" i asked "She's at school honey.. finishing in a few minutes actually" she replies back "You stay here then.. you stay here with mum and i'll pick her up" i say "Are you sure?" Aunt Caroline asked "Yes of course! i promise i'll be fine" i smiled as she gave me her car keys and i got into the car and drove off to pick up little Alexa. Well not so little anymore. She's 8 years old now.

"Rosie!" Alexa yelled as she ran up to me and hugged me "Hi Alexa!" i smiled back "Geez i haven't seen you in forever" i chuckled, taking in how big she's grown "Me either.. and your tummy, wow.. do you mind if feel it?" she asked "Yeah! for sure.. go ahead" i replied. Alexa put her hand on my stomach and in that exact moment he kicked "Oh my god! he kicked" she exclaimed "Wait.. how did you know it was a boy?" i questioned "Your mum told my mum and she told me" Alexa smiled as we continued to walk to the car.

"So.. what's been going on? in school.. at home.." i say "Well today in school one of the popular girls let me sit with them at lunch again and she also gave me this bracelet she made for me.. my other friends are really upset that i'm sitting with her and friends, i don't get why" she shrugged "Is this the first time you've sat with this 'girl' and her friends? tell me stuff about her.. like what is she like towards you and what does she say?" i ask "Well her name is Olivia.. she is very nice to me for example, like i said she made me this bracelet.. i still don't know what the problem is" Alexa says back.

"Does this 'Oliva' say mean things about people?" i suggested "Now that i think about it.. she did say something about one of my friends.. she says that my friends are stupid little nerds that are major losers and I'll be a loser if I hang out with them" Alexa replies "Alexa... sweetheart.." I sighed and gently shook my head "No wonder your friends are really upset and angry with you.. never hang out with those bitches" I say "excuse my language" I added as we pulled up in front of the house. We enter through the front door and Alexa greeted my mum and her mum. I sat down on the couch and put a hand on my head.

"What's wrong honey?" Mum asked "Um.. nothing.. I've been having these headaches and I keep getting light headed" I say "That's not a good sign Rosie.. especially when your pregnant.. we should call a doctor" Aunt Caroline suggests "No! No! No.. there's no need for a doctor.. shit.. I Uhh... I just need to lye down" I say and lye down on the couch "just to be sure Rosie.. stop being so stubborn" mum says.

"Guess who's on strict bed rest for the next 3 weeks" i say to Shawn on facetime "Are you okay? how are you feeling? are you sure your okay? is our baby boy okay?" Shawn rambled on and on "Yes babe.. we are feeling and doing fine.. i just had headaches from time to time and i would get light headed sometimes and that would all be due to stress.. stress from keeping my pregnancy healthy, keeping Aaliyah's pregnancy healthy and she's due in exactly a month so i've been rearranging the nursery at home a lot just to get ready" i slightly chuckle "Oh crap.. what the hell happened to your face?" Shawn asked once again. 

I completely forgot about the bruise from my father and few days ago. "Oh nothing.. a few days ago i brought Nate and Logan to-" Shawn then completely cut me off "Who the hell is Nate?" I laughed in response at how protective Shawn was "Nate is Logan's boyfriend.. he told me he was gay.. anyways i brought Logan and Nate down to LA since they have never been to the other side of america before, as we walked inside the house we heard yelling and crying and we walked in on my dad about to hit my mum in the face but i took the hit for her.. turns out my father has been doing it to my mum for the last two months because business is not doing well at the diner so my mum and i are in Miami for a little while to get away from my dad" i explain.

"Well i'm going to get on a plane right now and come to Miami to look after my gorgeous, sexy, pregnant wife" he smiles making me smile back "Shawn.. you don't have to.. plus! you have fans to perform for" i say "Yeah but i have a 5 month break from tour remember? to be there when Aaliyah gives birth and to look after our first baby boy then be here for your birth and look after our second baby boy" He says. That's right. Shawn did say that. I nodded my head in response "I can't wait to see you again honey.." i then blew a kiss towards the screen and Shawn caught my kiss "Alright princess.. i'm gonna start packing and i'll be with you in a few hours.. i love you Mrs Mendes" Shawn smirks "I love you too Mr Mendes" i smiled back.

We hung up and i then i put my phone on charge. Just as i was about to close my eyes, mum softly knocks on the door and pokes her head in "Hey sweetheart.. i was gonna tell you this tomorrow morning but all your cousins, aunts and and uncles and grandparents from my side of the family are coming down here for a few nights" mum explained "Okay.. this has got to be good..." i slightly rolled my eyes as mum laughed and closed the door behind her as she left the room then i fell into a deep sleep almost instantly.
