School was boring. Eleanor had so much on her mind that school was nothing. She felt as though she was just going through the motions watching her body from above; auto pilot.

She finally got through her day. She said bye to her friends at school and got on her bus to go home.  The entire time she was on the bus home all she could think about what Jade. How did Eleanor see this woman who was supposed to only be in her dreams. How could something comd out of a dream? She had so many questions she didn't know where to start.

Finally, the bus stopped at her house and she climbed off. She began her track up the long driveway to the house. When she got to the house she pulled out her key and unlocked the door. She was greeted by her loving pet simba. She happily gave her some love and let simba go to the bathroom outside. After simba was finished doing her thing, Eleanor let her in and let the other dogs out to do their business as well. This was her responsibly every day because she came home first.

Once the dogs where taken care of and put in their respected places, Eleanor sat in the kitchen at the table to do her homework. She was getting frustrated when she heard Jade start to laugh at her. Jade was sitting on the counter on the other side of the kitchen. Eleanor screamed in surprise.

"Are you really here?" Eleanor asked Jade.

"No," She replied waving her hands in the air, "You are going crazy and I'm here to tournament you." She laughed harder. Clearly she was being sarcastic.

"That's not funny you know. When I went to school I didn't think you where real. I really thought I was going crazy. Wait, I thought you were only a dream." Eleanor said.

"Hello string bean," Jade said jumping off the counter walking over to Eleanor getting closer rather then respecting boundaries, "didn't you hear what I said? Who said you were dreaming."

"Um, of course I was dreaming. I mean, I did fall ASLEEP, daaa." Eleanor replied making Jade move back to a conformable distance.

" Oh sweetie," Jade said condescendingly, "You have so much to learn."Jade put both hands on Eleanor's face as she said that. Her hands were like ice. Eleanor shoved Jade's hands away from her getting up from the table and walking around to the living room.

"What are you doing here?" Eleanor demand.

"I'm here for you." Jade said with a side smile.

"Why?" Eleanor asked her, "What do you need with me?

"Well, I need your help." Jade said.

"What?" Said Eleanor.

"You see my world is not the world you see in your dreams. My world is different. I am the protector of this world but, someone has taken over it. He's what you call an evil one. He will kill everyone if we don't do something. My family is there. Everything I know is there. Please, you have to help me!" Jade had her hand up begging Eleanor.

"How are we supposed to save it? I don't know what I'm doing. For God sake, I can't even do my math homework." Eleanor replied.

"I know you can help me." Jade said.

"I don't know this is werid." Eleanor said.

"You think I would be here if I really didn't think you, of all people could help me?" Jade asked putting one hand on her hip.

"Look, I really don't think a seventeen year old girl, who can kinda talk to the dead can help you." Eleanor was refuring to Jade and her blue sexy top and skinny jeans with her stiletto heels. Surely she could find someone looking like that.

Just then, a small black mist started to form into a circle. It started to get bigger and bigger. Eleanor watched in horror, to afrade to move. It wasn't long before it was 6 feet around and tall.

"What is that?!" Eleanor practically screamed.

Death walked out of the black mist. His lifted his hand. It seemed like he was holding it out for her.

"Well, don't be rude," Jade said skipping over to the black thing, "come on."

"Are you nuts?!" Eleanor said backing up so much she hit the wall. "I'm not going anywhere."

"COME." said the fimailer growl of death.

Jade made a fed up gesture and ran at Eleanor. She grabbed Eleanor by the hand and started to pull her towards the black thing.

"COME ON." Jade yelled.

Eleanor struggled to get Jade to let go of her hand but couldn't. "PLEASE! No, I don't want to go! Please, Jade don't do this!" Eleanor was in tears at this point from being so frightened.

"I'm sorry." Jade said pulling her the rest of the way and dragging her through the mist.

"NO!" Eleanor screamed going through.

Everything went dark and Eleanor felt like she was falling down a dark hole she could never, in a million years, get out of.
