Kara stood outside Alex's apartment. She sighed and knocked one the door. From inside she heard someone run to the door, "Kara?". The door swung open and Alex gave Kara a hug. Alex stepped back and let Kara in. She closed the door behind her. "I'm sorry for coming so early." Kara said looking at the time on her phone, 3:46 AM. "It's okay." Alex sighed.
They both walked to the sofa and sat down, but neither of them said anything, until Alex did. "Kara, I'm really sorry. I didn't mean to say that stuff about Lena. She's a wonderful person, and I don't know why I reacted in such a harsh way. I should have trusted your judgement." Alex put a hand on Kara's shoulder. "It's okay. You didn't mean it. You didn't want something bad to happen to her, and then I would blame it on myself."
"You... You're not mad?" Alex furrowed her eyebrows together. "I tried to stay mad at you, but it didn't work. I missed you too much." Kara chuckled. "I told Lena."
"What did she say?" Alex asked. "She said she knew, and that the glasses don't hide much." Kara admitted. Alex nodded.
Kara stayed at Alex's apartment to talk for a while until around 5:30 AM.

Lena was at her penthouse. Bored out of her mind. She looked at the time, 6:47 AM. She sighed loudly. No work today, she thought. It was a holiday, Memorial Day, was it? She couldn't remember. She forced herself to roll out of bed and take a shower.
Lena stepped out of the shower and put a towel around her body. She went through her drawer to get her hair drier but then decided not to dry her hair. Lena brushed her teeth, and the she walked slowly into her bedroom and changed into one of her oversized MIT t-shirts from college and a pair of sleep shorts.
Lena lazily got on her bed. She sat down and opened a drawer in her nightstand. She took out a book, Percy Jackson And The Olympians - The Lightning Thief. She loved reading, but of all the books in the world, she definitely loved the Percy Jackson series. Lena remembered on the nights she couldn't sleep when she was a young girl, she would pretend she was at Camp Half - Blood. Going on quests with Percy, Annabeth, and Grover, having friends, staying in a cabin, fighting monsters. Lena had thought of it all. She must have read the books more than twenty times. It was her ticket out of reality.
When Lena's phone started vibrating on her night stand, she was taken back to reality. Kara had been texting her.
Kara: Morning beautiful✨
Kara: I miss you😢
Kara: Text me when you wake up please😊
Lena smiled to herself and sighed. She thought for a moment, not knowing what to say. Words came easy to her, but when it came to Kara, it's different.
Lena: Good morning, darling. I am awake.
Kara texted her back instantly.
Kara: Do you have work today?
Lena: Not today. Would you like to come over?
Kara: I'll be right there💙
In a matter of seconds, Kara was standing on Lena's balcony. Lena jumped out of her bed and ran to give Kara a hug. Kara hugged her tightly, but not tight enough to crush her, and Lena sighed softly.
Kara was wearing her Supergirl outfit, but had a small bag in her hands. She used her superspeed to change out of her clothes, and into a blue oversized t-shirt that said, 'I'm a Super - Girl', and a pair of red sleep shorts. "You're not the only one with a thing for oversized t-shirts." Kara smirked. "The irony of your shirt is killing me." Lena chuckled softly.
"I'm glad you like it." Kara said, wrapping herself around her girlfriend for a hug.
The two made their way to Lena's couch. Kara sat down and Lena rested her head on Kara's lap. Kara ran her fingers through Lena's soft damp hair. It was almost dry, but not quite.
After a few moments, Lena broke the silence. "Can you come to my rally next Thursday?" Lena pleaded, looking up at her girlfriend's eyes. Kara nodded, "I wouldn't miss it."
Kara thought to herself for a few moments, "But as Supergirl though, right? You know, since usually, you get almost killed during your big events." Kara hoped Lena would agree with her. Lena had to think for a while. Finally she made up her mind, "If it calms you to stand beside me, then I will have it arranged."
"Thank you, Lena." Kara said. "Anything for you, princess." Lena smiled, sitting up. "You stole my nickname for you." Kara pouted, pretending to be mad. "It suits you better." Lena smirked, knowing her comment would make Kara blush. It worked. "I love you, Lena Luthor." Kara sighed softly. Lena smiled at that, "I love you, Kara Danvers."
With that, Kara leaned in and kissed Lena. When they stopped neither of them pulled away. Lena smiled, and got up, pulling Kara with her. Kara groaned and Lena chuckled, "Come on, Kara. I'm famished."
"Fine." Kara agreed. Lena walked hand in hand with Kara, to her kitchen. She opened a cabinet and got out a box of Frosted Flakes and a bowl. Kara snickered as L put the things in her hands on the counter. "What?" Lena asked with a raised eyebrow. "I didn't realize CEOs ate Frosted Flakes for breakfast." Kara teased. "Oh, shut up." Lena joked, while getting milk from her refrigerator.
After three minutes of Lena eating, Kara decided Lena was taking too long, so she got a spoon and used her super speed to eat two spoonfuls of Lena's breakfast. "Hey! Stop it, Kara." Lena pouted "I'm hungry." she giggled. "You're taking too long." Kara whined. Lena rolled her eyes and went back to eating.
In two minutes, Lena was done. "Finally!" Kara laughed. Lena put her bowl in the sink to wash later. "Lets watch Prison Break!" Kara exclaimed. "Okay." Lena yawned. Kara grabbed Lena's hand and walked to the sofa. They both sat down. Kara grabbed the remote on the coffee table, and Lena got a blanket.
About twenty minutes into the episode, Kara realized that Lena was asleep on her shoulder. Occasionally, Lena would murmur random things in her sleep. Kara thought it was adorable when she did. At one point, Lena woke up, from the noise of the tv. But since she was half asleep, she just buried her face in Kara's stomach and whispered, "I love you."
Kara blushed and covered her face, even though she knew Lena couldn't see it.

At around, 11:20 am, when the show was over, Lena woke up. She looked at Kara and smiled. She was getting that warm and fuzzy feeling again, the one that only Kara could make her have.
They sat side by side on the sofa for a while until Kara spoke, "Are you ticklish?" Lena gave her a warning with her eyes. "You better not tickle me, Kara." Kara smirked, "Too late!" Kara lunged at Lena, and started to tickle her. Lena started laughing immediately. "Kara!" she yelled. When Kara stopped, Lena's side hurt from the laughing, "That was intense." she jokes. Kara giggles, "I enjoyed it." clearly satisfied, sitting beside Lena. "I'm so glad you did." Lena said sarcastically.
Lena stood up and walked towards a window, "It's beautiful outside." She smiled to herself when Kara wrapped her arms around her waist and rested her head on Lena's shoulder. Lena leaned into Kara and closed her eyes. "Just like you." Kara whispered softly. Lena blushed, "You flatter me, darling."
