"Lee?" Kara called from the kitchen.
"Yes Kara?" Lena was laying in bed, listening to music.
"I've got something for you!"
Lena smiled, "Kara you need to stop buying me stuff. At least tell me you're using my credit card. I don't want you spending all of your money!"
"I haven't spent all of it yet Lena, don't worry!" Kara laughed. "Cover your eyes, and no peaking!"
"Fine." Lena covered her eyes with her hands and waited for Kara to walk over.
"Okay, open them."
Lena removed her hands from her eyes and gasped. "Kara, you didn't."
Beside the bed was a wheelchair. "It's not much, but I thought you'd like it."
"You're the best, Kar."
"I agree." Kara chuckled, swiftly picking Lena up and setting her on the wheelchair.
Lena grunted and winced. Kara was about to take her out, not wanting Lena to feel uncomfortable, but Lena put her hand out, "K-Kara, honey. Please, I'll be alright."
"Are you sure, Lee?"
Lena nodded, "I just haven't sat up totally straight in a while. I'll adjust."
"Do you want to head out somewhere? We could go to the DEO. I'll get you a hoodie, sweatpants and sunglasses, no one will recognize you."
"Alright, hotshot, don't get too ahead of me." Lena rolled her eyes and chuckles.
"I'll be right back. Let me get you your clothes." Kara said walking into the closet.
A few seconds later Kara had Lena's favorite sweatpants, Lena's Aerosmith hoodie, and Lena's adidas that she's never worn.
"You need help?"
Lena chuckled, "I wish I didn't."
"It's alright. You'll get there soon enough, Lee. I promise." Kara smiled.
Kara helped Lena get ready, and then put her back in the wheelchair. "You ready to go?"
Lena took a few seconds to get comfortable and then nodded.
"Okay. Oh wait, here's your phone." Kara said on their way to the door.
"Thanks, babe." Lena took her phone from Kara and a sliver of a smile appeared on her face.
"Your very welcome."
While Kara wheeled Lena out of the building, Lena texted her driver who was conveniently around the corner.
The two were dropped off at the DEO.
Kara wheeled her inside the building and Lena took off her hoodie and sunglasses.
"Lena!" Alex noticed Lena and ran over. "Do you like it?"
"I love it."
"I'm glad." Alex smiled at her sister.
"Kara, can I go say hi to Winn?" Lena looked up at Kara who was standing behind her.
"Sure." Kara gave Lena a kiss on the head before she had the chance to wheel away.
"Hey, Winn!" Lena called as she wheeled over.
Winn looked up from his computer and smiled at her, "Hi. Feeling better I assume?"
"Yup!"
Then the two started talking geek and Kara stopped eves dropping.
"Lena's so lucky to have you Kara. I'm proud of you." Alex said when Lena couldn't hear them.
"What do you mean?"
"Lena told me what happened the other day. She felt awful and you made her feel better."
"Oh, that was nothing." Kara blushed slightly.
"Not to her." Alex smiled warmly.
