|Ok so now I'm going back to the original plot thingy, I just needed a break from using my brain and stuff.|
Lena and Kara decided to walk to the DEO because it gave them time to talk, but Alex was driving there and she happened to pass by them. She honked at them and when they turned around she glared at them. "I've been looking for you two for the past hour and a half! Where the hell have you guys been?" Alex yelled.
"We were having breakfast at Noonan's." Kara winced.
Alex rolled her eyes, "You two are lucky you're cute. Get in the god damn car so I can get back to work."
Lena stopped by a trash bin on her way to the car to throw away her coffee cup. "I'm going to need another one of those when we get to the DEO." Lena whispered.
Kara snickered and grabbed her hand, pulling her into the backseat of the car.
When they were both inside Alex turned around in her seat towards Lena, "How on Earth do you walk so fast with those things?" she asked pointing to her heels.
Lena shrugged, "Practice, I guess."
Alex turned back around and stepped on the gas.
~le skip of time~
Winn was waiting impatiently at his desk with a Rubik's cube. He groaned loudly and threw the cube. Luckily, Kara stuck her hand out in time to stop the cube from hitting Lena's face. "You almost ruined my girlfriend's face, Winn!"
Winn covered his mouth and looked away, "I-I did not see you guys there. Hi, Lena. I'm sorry. I'm going to shut up now." Winn turned around and pulled up the results of the blood test on his computer screen.
Lena, Kara and Alex crowded around Winn and his computer. The entire screen was red, granted there were two different shades, but still red. Winn pointed to the lighter red. "This is normal blood. The blood Lena has always had." And then he pointed to a much darker shade of red. "This is what I believe to be Kryptonian blood. But it's impossible to harvest because as we all know, Kara is impenetrable."
"That's what you guys think." Lena smirked.
Kara's and Winn's faces turned red and Alex snickered. "Not - That's definitely not what I meant." Winn stuttered.
"As I was saying, it's impossible to get Kara's blood."
"So, that's it? We're not going to do anything about it?" Kara raised an eyebrow.
"Well, if the blood can't harm me, I don't suppose it would be a problem." Lena shrugged.
"We'll see how it plays out." Alex patted Winn's shoulder and walked away.
Kara took Lena's hand and pulled her out of the DEO. "We're going for lunch now."
"But we ate just before this."
"But I'm hungryyy." Kara whined.
"Alright, fine."
