Soulmate Au pt.2

Will POV

"Oh, that's why!"

"That's why what?"

"Nothing"

After Nico and I talked by my locker before class for a little  bit, a girl with blonde hair came up to me and said

"Hey hottie, you new here?" 

"Uhm, yeah I am."

"Ok, well why are you hanging out with this freak then?" She said pointing to Nico

"What do you mean freak?"

Next to me Nico started to tremble, as if he was scared about what the girl was about to say

"Well, he's a fag, he's such a freak of nature he can't even like people right! He wear's all these stupid dark clothes and-"

"What's your name?" I ask to get her to stop talking about Nico

"Oh my name's Emma!" 

I glance down at my wrist, she does as well, she probably figured that I was straight so....

"OH! So I'm your soulmate mark?! That's great! I've figured out one of the two guys names! Come on sweetie, let's go get to know each other!" She says and starts to pull my arm.

I pull my arm out of her hands and kind of (shamefully) blow up on her

"NO, you are not my soulmate! I'm bisexual so I can like the other name on my wrists, and I think I like him so much more than you!"

"Oh, so you're a half-fag? Great another sinner to take care of!" 

To that which, I responded

"What if I said, Oh you're blonde girl? Great another idiot to take care of! Scram spawn of Kronos!"

She started to cry, which I wasn't guilty about, then she ran away. I turned back to Nico, his stunned expression to cute for words, I walk up to him and say

"So, i heard Nico was gay?"

"Uhm hm" He said, scared because I put my head down to be at eye level with him

"Well, I heard that the new kid kinda likes him." I say slyly

"Oh-Well, I f he does then he can tell me like a normal person."

I grabbed his shoulders and pushed him up against my locker, he looked even more stunned than before. I put my forehead on his and said

"Would this be telling him?" Before pulling him into a kiss

His lips were soft and warm, the perfect pair attached to the perfect boy. I kissed him sweetly and quickly, and when I pulled away I felt cold without his lips on mine.

"The-uhm, uh, I" He tried to speak, flustered and adorable.

"Hi soulmate" I said simply

"H-hi soulmate" He replied

Gods, If he's this adorable all the time, I'm gonna have to keep a book around for stopping the bulge.

After school I was waiting for Nico outside of the courtyard.

I saw him walking down the stairs of the front doors, carrying his books.

"HEY NICO!" I shout waving to him

He stopped mid step and looked up, still hugging his books to his chest. When he saw me he lit up, he smiled and waved to me. He started to walk faster down the stairs and I started to walk towards him. When he got to the bottom of the stairs, Emma and her gang circled him until I couldn't see him anymore.

" Hey!" I yelled and started to run towards them

Nico POV

Today has been the best day ever! I met my soulmate and he's so cute and nice! He stood up to Emma for himself and me, kissed me and were meeting after-school.

But when I'm in the halls I have to keep my head down and my things in my arms. Why? Because If I don't people will pick on me, take my books, ruin my drawings, and I don't want to be kicked out of another school for "Starting a fight and almost killing a student". 

I start walking down the stairs of the school when I hear a familiar voice call my name.

"HEY NICO!" I look up to see Will waving to me and smiling. So I smile and wave a small wave back at him and start to pick up the pace.

When I get to the bottom of the stairs Emma and her idiot friends surround me until I can't see Will. "Hey!' I hear him shout

Emma pushes me onto the ground.

"Ha Ha funny" I say and try to get up

Emma puts a high heel on my chest and pushes me down

"You fag, you took the Wil away from me! He would've been my soulmate if you hadn't been the little pathetic cock sucker!" She screeched and started clawing at my chest. All of the girls around me started attacking me until I had a bleeding lip, a black eye my stomach and chest were slightly bloody. They tried for another attack when Will pushed Emma to the ground and pushed all the other girls out of the way. He picked me up bridal style, I put my head in the crook in his neck and curled up against his chest. 

"WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!!! HE WASN'T DOING ANYTHING TO YOU! JUST LEAVE HIM ALONE!!" He yelled so the whole courtyard knew what cunts the girls were

"B-But Will-" Emma started

"NO! I refuse to talk to you she-demons! If you come near Nico or me again, I will go to principal Chiron and get you expelled, because I'm going to take pictures of his wounds for evidence." Will said confidently

They all trembled while Will and walked away.

"Thank you"

"Your welcome, if they ever do that to my little deathboy again I'll-"

"Deathboy?"

"You almost died, I saved you, I'm gonna call you that now"

"ok"
