*Jessebell*
It's been a couple of days since I've been living with Sammy and Tyler. Tyler rides with me to school because he says it's better than him biking everywhere. Yeah.....Tyler has this weird fear of driving. He can sit in a car no problem, but he almost has a panic attack when he gets in the driver's seat. Well this new girl had started school today, and she looked like a real bitch. When she saw me and Tyler get out of Baby I found out I was right.
"You drive that thing?"
"Yeah, it's my dad's." I have to always pick my words carefully when I talk to people who aren't family. Just so I don't get bullied for a 16 year old girl who still says Daddy.
"Where'd he get it? the 20s?" she laughed like it was some good joke or burn or something.
"No, he got it from his grandfather who got it in 1967 from the car dealer."
She just glared at me and walked inside the school withe the "friends" she made in five minutes. "I already don't like her. "
"Calm down Jess."
"She doesn't know me and she's already insulted me, Baby, and Daddy." I muttered
"Just ignore her."
"If she continues to push my buttons I'm going to end up throwing punches."
"I'll catch you and stop you before you can even land one." Tyler said patting my shoulder and walking inside to his first class. I sighed and did the same.

I've had a pretty fine morning minus the new girl whispering to other students, probably about me because I swear there's someone or everyone burning holes into my back. Though now it's lunch time and I am sitting in the hallway doing homework like I normally do while I eat a burger or fruit or something. It gets me away from people for a while since I can't go sit in Baby as much as I want to right now. I was putting my notebook back in my backpack when it was kicked out of my hand by a sparkly black heel. I ignored the person and picked it up putting it in my bag. I stood up only to be kicked back down. She went to kick me again as I stood up and I smacked her leg out of the way. I stood up fully seeing a circle of students that has begun to form around us, great. "So what are you? a freak? Someone who wears an ugly old worn out disgusting leather jacket and drives a beat up piece of shit? Or are you some like Indiana Jones inspired slut?"
"I've known Jessebell for a while and she's always worn that mothball smelling thing with that God awful necklace."
"You're right that thing is gross. Like what even is that? some demon. I bet you're a demon worshiper."
"She's worn those everyday."
"So you have security blankets, what you can go to big girl school like a normal person so you have to have your blanket so you can be babied throughout high school?"
I really wish looks could kill because then this glare I'm giving her would have her all over the walls because she would have exploded.
"You know, I've been talking to the people at this school. Getting the scoop on the school's weirdo. You want to know what I found out?"
"A whole bunch of fucking lies?"
"I discovered that when you were eleven your dad left you and your mom because he discovered that your mother was sleeping with a better looking man who loved you more than your real father ever did. She told him that you weren't even his kid. Then your mother got married like that *Snaps her fingers*. Now your stepdad is trying to get you to realize that he's the best father you will ever had and you treat him like dirt. You spend your allowance on drugs and alcohol, following in daddy's footsteps. Do you even know where your dad is now?"
"Yeah, he's probably drowning in alcohol with himself buried deep in some hooker because he never loved you or your mother."
"Where the hell did you hear that bullshit?"
"Everyone knows that is the truth Jessebell. The ones who work with your mother know the story, she's told it a dozen or more times. Didn't know your mother would rat you out know did you. Just give up the act and accept the fact that your this fat ugly slut with a disgusting disease." and everyone hummed in agreement with the new girl.
"Okay you know what. I don't have to believe that bull crap that is spilling out of your mouth because I know the truth. You don't have to know anything about it."
"Oh, she thinks she knows what really is happening with her family."
"You know what! You showed up today as the new kid. You don't know me and hell nobody here knows me either . So you have no right trying to figure out me or my family or even talking about us."
"Why are you getting so worked up? I only told everyone the truth."
"No, the truth is yeah when I was eleven I lost my dad because he got shot by some idiot who was trying to rob him and went to shoot me because my dad wasn't going to comply. My dad died protecting me. He would have lived if one of those bullets wasn't so close to his heart that during surgery he ended up having a heart attack. So yeah, the jacket, the necklace, and even the car are my dad's because I want to have him close to my every single damn day. He's the person I've looked up to growing up. He was my best friend, my hero. George, the stepdad, well he's a complete ass. He was forced upon my life because he married my mother and then tried to take over. George tried to sell everything of my father's as to make it seem like he never existed. I love my father more than anything and there is no reason for me to care about George other than the fact that he is a human being."
"Look who's lying now."
"You should've taken the bullets like a big girl."
"That's it!" I shouted about to leap on the girl and punching the living daylights out of her when I was grabbed mid-air and hauled backwards.
*Dean*
That's my girl, sticking up for herself. And thanks to Tyler for keeping her from getting her ass kicked out of the school for beating the bitch and probably regretting it later.
