When dad finished talking I understood things more. It made sense and wasn't totally freaking me out. I mean i still find it weird and not my normal but I can learn, I guess. I had thanked dad and gone to my room to call Jackson like I promised.
"Hey baby, you okay?"
"Yeah, I think so."
"Did you tell your dad?"
"I did..."
"And?"
"And he was okay with it."
"See it wasn't so bad."
"It kinda was."
"What do you mean?"
"I got home and he was angry. I lied to his face twice and he just glared at me making me uncomfortable. I ended up blurting out that I had a boyfriend. Jackie I started crying and shaking. I almost had a panic attack."
"Aw, baby."
"But my dad reassured me he wasn't mad and wants to meet you."
"Alright, when would you like me to come over?"
"Maybe for dinner tomorrow? I'll make sure to let you know for sure."
"Okay baby. I love you and I'm so proud of you."
"I love you too. Call you later." I said hanging up as the front door opened hearing Uncle Dean and Jess come in. "Did Tyler come home?" Uncle Dean asked. I just walked out of my room saying, "Yes." Dad thinks I should tell them but my anxiety is through the roof. I just got over the terrible way I came out to my dad. Maybe I'll just let them figure it out when I bring Jackson for moral support this time. Yeah that's what I'm going to do.
