The Beginning of it All

Chapter Nine Time is the enemy

   Once day broke Dracin went over to Ragneer and asked him a few questions regarding Vermillion

"Ragneer who is Vermillion? He keeps appearing in my dreams" Dracin asked with a straight look on his face. Ragneers eyes light up.

"He is a Primal that Ashion, Remedy and Me were looking for. Well what did he say?" Ragneer asked like a child that was promised dessert.

"The demon and the hero are the same. In body and in spirit. You are no different from me." Dracin told him

Ragneer seemed to also not understand it at first. But then he realized something. " What else did he say?"

"Something about not going to the Kingdoms of Space, Time, or Reality for some reason he didn't tell me."

"We are going there and they are going to die we will take what is his back from them. That's what Ashion would have wanted and to restore him was Remedys wish. But All mother had other ideas. At first she put his "parts" in different segments of the world. Then she decided to put them into other souls so that we would have never found them. Then we did and she hasn't figured out yet that we have."

"So she is afraid of him?"

"Yes, very much so. Now let's go to the Kingdom of Time. We have a score to settle."

So they packed up camp and continued from the swamp into the Kingdom of Time. Everybody was in awe of how large the city is. Lily, Hydra, and Xiu were discussing plans for in this Kingdom. Ehecatl Just wanted to eat at some of the restaurants. Ragneer looked out to see if he could find the tower where Rose was commanding this Kingdom. Then all of the sudden guards came and surrounded them. Ragneer snapped his fingers and everyone was battle ready. Dracin pulled out his blade and Ragneer told him to put it back. The guards started to escort them to the tower. There they found Rose on a throne she came down and put her hand under Ragneers chin.

"Look what the cat dragged in. The Primal that everyone forgets." She said with a grin.

"We are here to take back what is ours. You will either hand it over or we will take it by force!" Ragneer yelled at her ready to fight.

"I will give it to you." She looked around at the group stopping at each person studying them carefully. When she stopped and Dracin she staggered backwards and said "h..how is he still alive?"

"Who?" Ragneer replied

"No one. We will battle and have them eat and enjoy the entertainment."

Everybody went into a chamber that the guards brought them to. It was a bed chamber. It was getting pretty late so everybody dressed into casual clothes. Dracin got a special cell instead of a room. Ragneer had a room with Everyone else. They all wondered where Dracin was but a guard convinced them that it was nothing. They all soon went to sleep in their large and comfortable beds. Dracin stayed up. He soon heard footsteps. And they didn't sound friendly.
