Chapter 24

"Hayyy panira tong ulan na to. Pero anyway, marami na tayong pinagdaanan Faye. Atlast tayo run sa huli. So miss Faye, Faith man. Will you marry me?" Pagpropropose ni Kevin sa ulan.

"Of course! I love you Kevin. Yes i will marry you!" sigaw ko.

Sinuot niya saakin yung singsing.

Tama pala ang mga kaibigan ko. Na we cant predict the future.

"Tayo rin pala sa huli noh? Angaling. Totoo pala yung soulmate." Saad niya tapos naiiyak pa.

Kiniss niya ako. A long passionate kiss.

"Tama pala yun sometimes, two people need to lose each other in order to realize how much they need each other." Sabi ko naman habang niyayakap ko siya.

"I looovvveee yyooouuu Faayyee!" sigaw niya.

"I looooovvveee yyoouu tooo!" Sigaw ko pabalik. Suddenly na feel ko na parang mahihimatay ako.

"K-kevin? nahihilo ako. Angsakit ng ulo ko." Mahina kong pagkasabi. Nanghihina ako ng sobra. Hindi ko alam ang nangyayari.

Suddenly nawalan ako ng malay.

Biglaang nahimatay si Faye. Agad agad ko siyang dinala sa ospital.

Nasa emergency room siya. Nandito na si tita,tito,mama at si Aria. Lumabas na yung doctor.

"Are you Faye's family?" tanong ng doctor.

"Yes. Kami po doc." Sagot namin.

"Well, naacidente na ba si Faye before?" Tanong ng doctor.

"Opo. Twice I think. Pero matagal na po yun." Sagot naman ni tita.

"Madam, your daughter has a Brain Aneurysm. An aneurysm is an abnormal, weak spot on a blood vessel that causes an outward bulging or ballooning of the arterial wall.  These weak spots can involve all walls of the blood vessel. form a sac from one wall or separate the vessel walls. An aneurysm can affect any vessel in the body but only those in the head can cause a serious medical condition, a hemorrhagic stroke when they rupture, which can lead to brain damage and death." "But doc. Wala namang symtomas na nangyari saaming anak." sabi naman ni Tito.

"Well sir ganun po talaga yun, Wala pong masyadong symptoms ang Anuerysm kung di pahilo lamang bigla." sagot ng doctor.

"Ano pong magagawa natin doc para matangal ito?" Tanong naman ng mama ko.

"Yung Anuerysym naman po ni Faye is mild pa lang. So we need to have an surgery which wewill make an incision in the skin over the head, make an opening in the bone and dissect through the spaces of the brain to place a clip accross the aneurysm where it arises from the blood vessel.  This prevents the blood flow from entering the aneurysm.  Most elective patients spend 2-3 nights in the hospital before they go home." "Sige po doc.Do it as quick as you can." Matipid na sagot ni tita.

"Daddy what happened to mommy?" Tanong saakin ng anak ko.

"uhhmm baby she's sick." matipid kong sagot.

Faye wag kang bibitaw. Pleaasee." Bulong ko sa operating room.

Sana maayos na ang lahat.
