   "Neil. Wake up."

"Mmm..." The brunet rolled over, wrapping himself in the covers. He was still half asleep. He heard someone sigh irritable.

   "Neil, please."

"What?" he said groggily, sitting up. He rubbed his eyes, then blindly reached out for his glasses. He found them and slipped them on, watching everything come into focus. "Harrison? What's up?"

The magic lover smiled at him. "I brought breakfast. And some coffee- your favorite."

He raised an eyebrow, cautiously taking the coffee cup from him. He took a sip, hoping it wasn't poisoned. Surprisingly, it was his favorite- a carmel swirl from Dunkin'.

"It's not Starbucks, but oh well," Harrison murmured. He opened the bag and pulled out, once again, one of Neil's favorites. "For you."

Slowly, the scholar grabbed it. He took a bite. "... Thanks."

His roommate grinned. "Also, um... I kinda wanted to apologize for... Y'know."

"Apologize?" he mumbled around the doughnut. "For what?"

"For being rude. Earlier. The other day. Yeah." The illusionist spoke rapidly. He prayed he wasn't blushing as the younger one sighed.

"Harrison, you don't have to. I'm the one who was being cold to you, and for that, I'm sorry." Neil popped the rest of the treat in his mouth. "But I appreciate the food."

The strawberry blond had to laugh. "You're welcome. I do have a question, though."

"Go on," the scientist stated, chugging his coffee.

"... Can we start fresh? I mean, as friends, at least. Obviously friends first."

He tapped his chin in thought. "Possibly..." He gave Harrison a playful look. "But only if I get food like this more often."

   They both shared a laugh.
