[Kinzy's POV]

After eating our breakfast at Shin's, I grab Ethan out of the house and drove to the city. He keeps on asking where are we going but I didn't tell him, it's a surprise, though I didn't know if he likes the idea, I still wanted to do this. I stop at the curb and order him to blindfold himself.

"Why?" confused, he asks me.

"C'mon baby, don't spoil the fun," I grin and he raise his eyebrows. "Please," I give him my most amusing smile with matching puppy eyes so he gave in.

"Okay," he said then grab the handkerchief I'm holding then wrap it around his head covering his eyes, "Now, what?"

"Don't cheat," I said, "How many fingers I'm showing?" I tested him.

"How I supposed to know?" he answered and I grin.

"Just testing," I said and we both laugh softly.

"Seriously, where are we going?"

"It's a surprise."

"You're not gonna hurt me, right?" he ask sadly

I pulled his hand and intertwines our fingers, "Of course not," and he smiled at me.

I drove again until we reached the familiar store. I get out and turned to the passenger side and open the door for my boyfriend then guide him out of the car.

"Where are we?" he asks and tried to remove his blindfold but I stop him.

"Just trust me okay?" I said then guide him to the entrance of the store.

I knock in 1-3-2 pattern twice before someone open the glass door and we enters. Everyone inside look at us while smiling and I smiles to them too. I motion them to keep quiet and they did as I settle Ethan at the corner while I speak to the owner at the same time an artist too in a whisper.

"Is he the one you're talking about?" Jake Noah whispers unto me. He is our fraternity brother and I talk about him early this morning and about my so called surprise to Ethan.

I nodded, "Did you prepare what I said?"

"Yes, bring him at the operating table," he grinned and I grinned too.

I walk to Ethan then guide him to the operating table Jake is talking about. "Baby, you lie down here," I said while guiding his hand to touch the table.

"Why?"

"Just do what I said, okay?" I said softly into his ear.

"Kinzy,"

"Yeah?"

"I'll surely kill you if I found out that you are just pulling a prank on me," he said while his voice is shaking.

Everyone laughs softly and I chuckle to that.

I caress his face and peck a kiss in his lips, "Of course not, I can't do that to you, so just trust me with this and were good." And he nodded.

I guided him to lie down the table. He lies straight while biting his lips and covering his still blindfolded eyes.

"Ready?" I whisper to Jake and he nodded.

He grabs a chair and positioned himself beside the table. He also grabs his materials and put it in front of him, then put on his gloves. He pulled Ethan's arm and slightly twisted it in the comfortable position while I'm holding Ethan's left hand. He whispers that he will inject the anesthesia now so I told Ethan to relax. Ethan hissed when the needle ripped his skin and almost grabs his hand back from Jake's grip but he had him in tight grip so Ethan didn't get a chance to move his arm. He injected 2 more needles to Ethan then he is ready.
