Hey everyone. I haven't done a topic chapter in awhile. Mostly because I ran out of ideas. But, I wanted to do another one so I kept thinking what should I talk about? There hasn't been any Damirae related updates in the world of comics, TV, and movies. So what is there to talk about? I thought about it for awhile and I soon came to a realization that If it isn't being talked about. Does this mean we won't ever get to see it happen?
Cue incoming rage and disappointments from fans. Now, I don't mean for this chapter to seem kind of hopeless. After all it could very well be something that's been discussed behind the scenes and we just don't know it yet. But, since it's not out in the open I have to wonder if this was just something that will forever be teased with no real payoff anywhere?
I decided to do a rundown of all the places Damirae could potentially happen and provide updates on the status of them. So let's take a look at the progress of Damirae in all mediums.
DCAMU: The place where Damirae originated. As we all know it has been confirmed that we won't be getting a new Teen Titans movie until at least 2019 as the only film for the DCAMU that is set to come out next year (2018) is Suicide Squad He'll To Pay. So unless the Teen Titans somehow show up in that then it looks like we won't be seeing any new Damirae stuff in this universe until 2019 at the earliest. (I know I'm sad to).

TV/DCEU/Animation/Games: Ok, well I'm just going to combine these into one section. As far as tv goes we have the Titans (2018) tv show. So far they've cast Raven, Starfire, Hawk, and Dove. But, no Damian. I mean this could still happen. But, part of me thinks they won't go through with it. Oh well we can still have hope. When it comes to the DCEU who knows what the hell they're going to do. There hasn't even been any mention of the Teen Titans showing up. But, I hope they do. So in the meantime I'll keep an eye on it. On the animation front it doesn't look good for the characters either. Teen Titans Go hasn't included the Damian Wayne Robin as far I know and that show is set on BBRAE so it's probably not even going to be considered. I mean if it never even gave people Robrae then Damirae has no shot. As far as some of the other ongoing DC shows like Justice League Action I don't see it happening there and when it comes to Young Justice season 3. (Which I can't wait for). Both Damian and Raven have not been confirmed to appear this season so we can probably scratch that sadly. In regards to video games. I have no idea. Unless something happens in the Injustice universe than I would have no idea.
Comics: Ok, now on to the last topic. The comic books. The very foundation and origins of these characters comes from this. Now, as far as the comics go it's looking less and less likely we will see Damirae here. (This comes from DC Rebirth in case you all were wondering). For one thing they are setting up Raven to be with New 52 Kid Flash. When it comes to this pairing it's one of the most random pairings that I've ever seen. It legit came right out of nowhere and I'm personally not a fan of it. There was no real buildup to it whatsoever and it just came out of nowhere.

Based on that it seems like they are possibly going to go in the direction of having Damian Wayne going in to a relationship with Green Arrow's sister Emiko Queen. (Which by the why if they are going to form a relationship I'm officially giving it the ship name of Damiko). As far as this pairing goes I'm not sure. When I originally read this article a few months back I was upset at the fact that it wasn't Raven. I honestly had no idea who Emiko even was. So I started reading Green Arrow Rebirth (Which so far has been really good) and she really grew on me. I'd have to see how these two interact before I make judgement on that pairing. But, in the end I still ship Damirae over Damiko.

Conclusion: So yeah with all that being said it looks like we're not going to be seeing Damirae for awhile. At least officially. There's always the fan fiction which has been pretty good. I really enjoy reading it. But, in the end it's still fan fiction. It's not been made official, and I want to see Damirae show up officially in some sort of DC property.
