She told, Angelo was furious, Ivy told on him. He was woken up that Sunday morning with him mother barrelling into his room screaming bloody murder in Spanish about drugs and skipping school as she tore apart his room. His father trying to talk to her, to calm her down.
"Carmen, calm down." James sighed hearing a sharp cry from Krissy break out. "I'll deal with him and you deal with Krissy, okay?"
Carmen pursed her lips before walking out the room, James sighed again closing the door behind her, taking a seat at his desk. "Look, you're 18. I don't need to tell you what you can and cannot do."
"I was just not in a good mood, okay." Angelo sighed leaning again the wall next to his bed "It helps me to let off the steam, it calms me."
"Let's talk, what happened."
===============================
Ivy sat chewing at her nails, she knew it was the wrong move to tell on him but he had been ignoring her since Monday. At school, after school, ignoring her calls, her visits. He had left her a crippled mess, worried and crying for days.
She sat in John's car on the way to school, John kept giving her worried looks.
"Hunty, do you need me to talk to him?" John asked as they pulled up at the school "Or I could beat his ass."
"No, It's okay." She smiled softly hugging John along with a kiss on the cheek "drive safely, tell Marcus hi."
Ivy took a deep breath as she made her way onto the campus, she could see Angelo's car parked in the spot that they had painted together. Just as she walked past the car door opened and Angelo got out, calling her name. She turned to him, her arms folded to hold her laptop and textbooks.
"I'm sorry about how I've been acting." He said shyly. "I just, I didn't, I don't really know how to explain."
He sighed running a hand through his hair, tugging at it slightly. "I just fucked up, it had nothing to do with you, I just don't know how to handle."
"Okay," Ivy said turning to make her way towards her class.
"That's all you have to say?" Angelo asked Ivy could hear she car chirp signaling he had locked it. She didn't dare turn around. She knew she was gonna cry, she could feel the lump growing in her throat. She was so angry, he had cut off all contact with her, caused her constant emotional distress didn't reply to any of her text, didn't answer her calls, and then gave her a bull-shit reason, failing to thoroughly explain why he had done that. She was mad mostly at the fact she wanted to forgive him instantly, no matter why he did what he did.
"I'm not done, I still have to talk to you." Angelo basically shouted grabbing her arm, stopping her. " I did something really bad."
"What?" she asked clearly distressed.
"I slept with another girl," he whispered. "I don't remember it be-"
she didn't even let him finish before she ripped her arm out his grasp "are you fucking serious?"
"Ivy, Listen to me!" he tried to explain, " She meant nothing to me."
"Yeah, to you!" she cried, people around them slowed down to watch. "But she means everything to me, cause she just ended MY relationship! Don't talk to me, You seem pretty good at that."
Angelo let out a frustrated, strangled sound as he turned punching the locker next to him.
