The days went by, and it seemed to actually all be perfect.

Perfect.

Tyler liked the sound of that word. Tyler was happy. He'd long forgotten about heaven, because with Josh, it was heaven.

The two hadn't even had a kiss yet, but they were in love, and they knew it, and that was the only important thing.

It was Saturday, and Josh had gone out to get things for him and Tyler.

Tyler decided to pay his neighbor, Brendon, a visit. He'd not seen Brendon for awhile, and he needed to thank him. Tyler wouldn't be here if it weren't for him. He wouldn't be with Josh.

"Hey, Tyler!"

"Hi!"

"It's great to see you, come in!"

Tyler and Brendon talked about the recent events that had occurred, and Tyler thanked Brendon up and down.

"You know, um, I kept your blade."

"What?"

"I kept it. I wasn't sure what to do with it."

"Why didn't you throw it away?"

"I-I don't know."

There was a couple minutes of silence.

"Can I see it?"

"I don't think that-"

"Let me see it."

Brendon went into his bedroom, and grabbed a small box that you would maybe put a necklace in, and brought it back out to Tyler.

"Here."

Tyler opened the box, and stared at the blade. And then he remembered;

Heaven.

Tyler took the blade out, and held it in his hands. He examined it, and it suddenly felt hard to breathe.

Tyler looked at the man across from him. It disgusted him that Brendon kept it. Why didn't he dispose of it?

Brendon was smiling. Tyler didn't understand why. Tyler felt lost, and confused.

"What's wrong with you?"

"Nothing is wrong with me. Is something wrong with you?"

"Why did you keep it?"

"I told you, I didn't know what to do with it."

"That's bullshit. You kept it for a reason, and I want to know why! Why did you keep it?!"

"For this."

Brendon grabbed the blade, and pressed it down hard onto Tyler's wrist, and slid it across Tyler's cold skin, making a severely deep cut, and then doing the same with the other. As quick as he finished Tyler's wrists, he took the blade and slid it across his own throat.

Tyler was screaming, but he was frozen. He couldn't move, and he didn't know what to do, and he felt himself getting weaker.

Tyler glanced at the clock.

11:25 PM

Brendon's body fell backwards on the couch, as the blood poured from his throat. He was dead.

And soon, so was Tyler.
