I SKIPPED THE TRAIN BECAUSE NOTHING INTERESTING WAS GONNA HAPPEN!!! HAYMITCH AND KATNISS ANRE NOW IN DISTRICT 2!

As I step off the train a gust of cold air hits me. I start to shiver. "Sure is cold!" I say. "Yup." Haymitch answers. District 2 is just as I remember. The streets are full of people off to the market and the place that used to be the Nut is now a lump of rubble. As people walk by they give me strange confused looks. There probably wondering why me, Katniss Everdeen, is in district 2. Haymitch gives a pull on my sleeve and leads me over to a map. It's a map of district 2 and right in the middle is the vehicle/airforce/transport centre. That's where Gale works. "That's where we're heading." Haymitch says while pointing at the transport centre. I nod my head. Haymitch looks at me as if I'm soposed to go on,but I say nothing. "Alright then let's get going!" He says breaking up the silence. We walk towards what looks like the main street. There are stalls everywhere with desperate people inside trying to get money. Most of the work in 2 is being called off for construction. There building more factories and upgrading the old ones. This has led to people losing money so I guess that's why there on the streets selling. We walk past a food stall and a wave of hunger passes over me. I haven't eaten today at all and now I'm starving. I stop and pull Haymitches arm to get him to hault. He looks at me "What?". I nod towards the food stall and say "Please? Im really hungry!". Haymitch sighs "Alright,I'm pretty hungry myself!" We walk to the counter and ask for two bowls of soup and bread. We sit at the small table beside the stall and begin our meal! I hoard mine down while Haymitch takes his time. When he finally finishes we get up to start moving again when a old man taps me on the back. I turn around startled by him. "Where's the boy?" He asks. I assume he means Peeta. My mouth just makes noises but doesn't answer "Um...well-" he cuts me off "there was a car here last night, speeding down the street. It came to a hault near the nut. Two big men appeared and took someone out of the car. He was screaming. And he was screaming your name!" The man looks at me with serious eyes. I don't know what to say. Peeta is in two? Haymitch buts in. "Thanks we're actually on the case of finding him, we'll use your information. Thank you very much." The old man smiles. " your welcome, and I hope you fine him." He pats me on the shoulder and walks away. I look at Haymitch. He just shrugs his shoulders and starts to walk again. I go with him and after about and hour of walking we get to the transport centre. I start to get goosebumps. I'm not ready to meet Gale yet never mind talk to him! We walk inside. The room reminds me of the Capitol. It's very bright and clean. There's a woman at the reception desk and we make our way over to her. "Hello" she says "How may I help you?" "Oh Hi..." Haymitch begins but I don't hear the rest because I'm to focused on the figure in the corridor. As it comes closer I notice it's a man. My heart stops. It's Gale! Before I can move he's in the room, staring at me. His mouth is wide open in astonishment. "Katniss?" He asks "is it really you?" Haymitch has stopped taking and is watching us. I turn around and meet Gales eyes "Hello Gale...."
