Chapter 1

(Mae's P.O.V)

It was a normal day at the Motionless house. Yes, we all live in the same house, but it's really not as bad as you think.
It was at first when I came her for the very first time. I was adopted by Chris almost 8 months ago. It feels weird knowing that I've been here for that long. It felt just like yesterday. The guys were very nice, exited and supportive of both me and Chris when he first thought about adopting me. I'm glad that he did though. I hated that foster home.

The tv was silently playing in the living room, the only people in there was me, Vinny and Ryan. Both of them were not listening because I both were on their phones. I wasn't really paying attention either. I had my head phones in and was scrolling through Instagram looking at stupid shit.

My attention was taken away from my phone by feeling the seat next to me dip down. My eyes look up to be met with beautiful blue eyes. Ricky's beautiful blue eyes. I couldn't contain the blush that was forming on my face. I really felt a connection with him. It felt like we were meant to be.

I give Ricky a small smile, earning one back from him, making my heart melt.

It felt kinda weird that I had this big pull towards him. Yea Chris is my dad, yea I'm to young for Ricky. But I can't stop the pull to him. I could never let anybody know about this. Especially Chris. He is basically brothers with the band, which gives me the feeling that they are like family to me. But really they aren't, so technically I wouldn't be an issue. Right? I'm still under age, that's something that can never change. A 16 year old dating a 28 year old.

'It's never gonna happen Mae! Just give it up!' I thought to myself.

The moment I blush, I can see Rickys lips turn into a smirk. That made me blush even more. Why must he have this affect on me?

"Mae! Could you come here for a second please!" I heard my dad call through my headphones.

I pulled my headphones out of my ears and I quickly got up, my short black hair bouncing as I walked away. I could tell that his eyes were on me when I got called. His gaze lingered on me, making me almost stumble, embarrassed to do something stupid in growing of him. I blushed even more just thinking about it. I also thought it was cute that only his gaze was on me at that moment, but those moments always end. When I walked into the kitchen where my dad was, I sat down on the chair by the table and waited for what he wanted to ask me.

"So, do you wanna go to the mall with me? I'm gonna go here pretty soon." My dad asked.

"Nah, I'm ok." I said.

"Ok, I just wanted to ask you." Dad said with a smile.

"When will you get back?" I asked while I watched him grab his things.

"I'll me home in an hour or so my little monster." My dad says ruffling my hair.

I gave him a death glare then chuckled, he laughed too, walking out of the kitchen and leaving the front door. I eventually went back into the living room, really wanting to sit back down and listen to my music again, but my dreams were crushed when I found Ricky laying down in my spot.

'What the hell?' I said to myself.

I casually walk over to the couch and jump on him.

"Oh my god Mae, get off!" Ricky said laughing.

He has a cute laugh, and smile, just everything about him is perfect. Except for the fact he's 28, but I can't do jack shit about it. I'm not gonna let it get to me.

'Live in the moment' I thought.

"Not until I get my spot back!" I said laughing back.

"Fine, I'll just stay here then." Ricky said.

I felt myself blush again, on no. But for some reason I liked it when he made me blush. It made me feel special, in a way.

"So what did Chris want?" Ricky asked.

"Oh just asking if I wanted to got to the mall with him." I replied.

"Oh. Why didn't you go?" He asked again.

"It's to much walking for me." I laughed.

He laughed at my comment, then it ended rather quickly. We were in comfortable silence, for awhile until he spoke up,

"Can you get off me now?" Ricky asked, out of breath.

"Ugh, fine." I said rolling my eyes with a smirk on my face. I then got off of him, to end his suffering.

When my feet hit the floor, my back turned towards the couch. Soon Ricky's arms wrap around my waist, and pulled me back.

I wasn't prepared for him to do something like that to happen. I look behind me and saw him smirking at me. I shook my head and laughed to myself, but really I was scared shitless.

My heart raced every time he touched me. Butterflies fluttering in my stomach. I felt his head rest on my shoulder, his breath tickling my neck making a shiver run down my spine. He had soon noticed and I felt him smirk, once again, close to my skin. My heart was racing at 100 miles per second, it felt like it was going to burst out of my chest. The feeling of his soft lips on my neck pulled me out of my thoughts, making my breath hitch and a blush rising to my cheeks again.

I was surprised.

'Why would he do that?' I thought. Even with two other people in the room too! But knowing the Motionless boys they never notice anything around them. Their either to distracted by their phones or the tv.

Another kiss was planted on my neck. It felt like his lips were leaving a fiery burn every time his lips made contact with my skin. Leaving a lingering tingle, wanting for more.

My hands gripped onto his tattooed ones, a little sign for him to continue. But once again all moments end.

"Hey Mae! Wanna go somewhere and do stuff?" Vinny asked.

"Sure." I sigh. "But I have to let my dad know." I said.

I know I just said I was tired to go anywhere, but I couldn't resist a good hang out with Vinny.

"Ok, I'm gonna get my shoes then." He said then left.

Another kiss was planted on my neck. "Am I invited?" Ricky's husky voice asked from behind me.

"You can come, I don't mind." I said, my voice almost below a whisper.

His face pressed further against my neck, almost making me moan, feeling his breath tickle against my skin. One last kiss was pressed to the sensitive skin, and he completely pulled away from me. I silently begged for him to come back, but I said nothing.

"Let's get going princess, don't wanna keep Vinny waiting." He said with cockiness laced in his voice.

"Uh, Yea." I said then got out of his lap.

I walked away from him into my room grabbing my shoes and my favorite hoodie. I unlock my phone going to my dads contact, and began to tube a message.

'Me, Vinny, and Ricky are gonna hang out some where. I promise I will keep in touch with you <3'

I hit send and walks down the stairs. Finding Ricky watching my every move with a smile on his face. Another blush rushes to my cheeks.

'Goddamnit Ricky!' I thought.

"Let's go!" Vinny shouts runny out the door.

"After you princess." Ricky said, with a smirk.

"Thanks." I said quietly, leaving the door.

Then hearing it close behind me.
