Today was the day where we figure out if we get to go on the most expensive and coolest cruise in the world or not. Oh,sorry you must have no idea what I'm talking about.Let's start at the beginning shall we.
My name is Alex Danvers and I'm 15 years old.I was born on a planet called Krypton(Yes,the same one where Superman and Supergirl was born).People say I'm smart and funny and great but once they know more about me,it changes.I have my group of friends:Cody Allen(He's like the jokester of the group and the fastest),Jason Ryder(He's just hot and also my crush since Kindergarten.),Crystal Aspen(My best friend since forever), and Kara Danvers(My sister who's great).
It started off as a normal school day.All the students entered the school and went to their lockers.Luckily for us,we were all in the same class so our lockers are near each other.
"What do we have today?"Kara asked while getting her stuff out from her bag.
"Ughhh,we have 5 periods of Mr.Bratt."Jason said looking at our class schedule.
You must be questioning why we hate Mr.Bratt so much.Well,I'll make it easy for you.First of all,he looks like a monster and I mean that literally.Mr.Bratt had eyeballs sticking out of the eye sockets and his hair was an odd shade of green and you should get the picture now.Anyways,after we got all our stuff we made way to Mr.Bratt's classroom and sat down.Mr.Bratt was in the front of the class.
"Hello,class today I have an important announcement for you guys.Today we'll have the signup sheets to win 4 free tickets aboard the Thought Differ.If you want to sign up,you'll need a group of four and the signup sheets are outside the gym."He said.
I immediately darted my eyes to the rest of my friends and all of them were either in shock or were saying that we should definitely sign up for it.
"Guys,am I dreaming or what?"Cody joked.
"I'm pretty sure this is not a dream,Cody."I said sternly.
"Jeez,Alex I was just trying to make a joke but seeing as you aren't the type of person that enjoys jokes I'll stop."Cody said raising his hands up in a surrender position.
"Thank god."I heard Kara say.
It wasn't long before it was the end of school.Before we went home,we all signed up for the contest and headed home.
I couldn't wait for the contest.
