Chapter 5(Thrid Person)

After that day where Alex went to Jason's house, Alex didn't know what to do anymore. It was like she was from outer space or something.Jason understood that those stuff happen sometimes and can ruin your friendships with people. But, Alex came up to him with that dashing smile on her face.She was wearing a leather jacket and some ripped jeans.

"Do not tell anybody about what happened at your house." Alex threatened and gave Jason that creepy death look.

"I promise on my life that I won't."Jason said scared by Alex.

"Good."She said and walked away.

"What was that about?"A voice beside Jason said.

"Nothing."Jason said.

Cody knew when his best friend was lying to him.

"Is it about the hottie Alex?"Cody guessed.

Jason just ignored him and continued walking.

"It is, isn't it?"Cody asked.

Jason pulled Cody into a corner and looked at him in the eyes.

"You're not mad right?"He asked.

"Hey, you're my best friend.If you like Alex, I suggest you go for it before some other guy steals her.I'll be happy for you no matter what.Plus, I'll find somebody better than Alex.Maybe her sister, Kara."Cody said and smiled after.

"Cool.Kara is pretty decent but not as hot as Alex."Jason teased.

Jason heard the bell ring and he went to his locker to get his stuff before school ended and there he saw her again.He walked up to where she was packing up her stuff.

"Hey."He said casually.

"Oh,hi."She said not meeting his eyes.

Was she nervous or something?

"So um, do you wanna hang out and talk?"He asked trying to hide the fact that he liked her.

"Sure."She said and they began walking toward the park.

They were walking to the park when suddenly Alex said:

"I really like you."She said and left it out in the open.

That left Jason in his tracks unable to move.

Did he hear her properly?

"What did you say?"He asked just to make sure he didn't hear it wrong.

"I really like you."Alex repeated for him.

"Like a I want to be your girlfriend kind of way or a like you as a friend way?"He asked.

"Do you even need to ask that question?"She said with an annoyed expression on her face.

She started to lean over and their faces were only inches apart.

"We shouldn't do this."Alex whispered.

"We definitely should."Jason whispered back.

Alex planted her lips on Jason's and they stood there for a while until Alex's phone rang.The name Kara appeared on her screen.

"Hi."She said.

"Where the hell are you?!Mom's really mad."Kara said clearly mad.

"I went to the library to study for a project.I'm on my way back home now."Alex said with a smooth tone.

She hung up on her sister and turned to Jason.

"See you tomorrow and don't mention this to anyone."She said before she left Jason there alone wondering what was gonna happen next.
