Alex pretty much explained most of it but I'll tell you what happened after that. After the day Mr.Bratt told us about the contest,Jason and I were talking all about it and how we were absolutely gonna win.

"Dude,we're gonna rekt all the other people!"Jason said punching his hand.

"Yeah,I know you've said it a hundred times."I said annoyed.

We had a assembly today regarding this contest.Jason and I barely made it on time and sat down next to Alex and Kara.Since nobody reads my entries I might just say it.Okay,well I like Alex but she also thinks I'm that annoying person and she barely notices me.I think she like Jason though so I'm just gonna hope that one day she will like me which is very unlikely.Jason decided to let me sit beside Alex because he knew I liked her or just didn't want to sit beside her.Anways,I sat down next to her.

"Cody,I was saving this spot for Jason."She said.

I didn't notice at all that I was sitting on her hand.

"Oh,sorry."I said and let Jason sit beside her.

I tried not to look sad but I knew that it was obvious.Alex and Jason were talking about this epic game that came out called Destiny 2 and since I'm not into video games,I had no idea what they were talking about.

"Are you gonna be a warlock or a hunter?"Jason asked Alex.

"Probably a warlock since they're in between and the robe thing is cool."Alex responded.

Alex always looked so happy when she was with Jason that it made me heart ache that she didn't feel like that when she was with me but I decided to forget as somebody as pretty as Alex would ever like somebody like me.

"Hello,staff and students today we are gathered here to see if they have any extra information about this contest."The principal said into the microphone.

A random dude with a weird afro told the microphone and started talking.

"As you guys know already,the free tickets are open to all students no matter what grade you're in.To win the contest you'll need to assemble a robot,the team with the best robot will win the free tickets."He explained.

Jason peeked over.

"A robot?" Jason asked like he didn't believe it.

"Yes,a robot dummy."Alex said hitting Jason's head.

"Ow,that hurts you know."Jason said rubbing the place where Alex hit him.

"How are we going to make a robot though?"I asked.

"For once, you're not making a joke."Alex said.

"I have a idea,we'll have to meet at the library though."Jason said.

"Okay."We all replied.
