Elisa's POV
I stood staring in my hotel rooms mirror, examining my reflection. It felt weird being alive again, and having to work with Kol.
My blood boiled thinking of him, wishing I disobeyed the Hollow and ripped him to shreds. I tried to remove any thoughts of him from my head, just wanting to get back to my life.
I moved to my bed, picking up the black jeans and grey top I'd laid out. I changed into them and put my hair up, looking in the mirror once more before heading to the door.
My heart jumped out of my chest when I saw who was on the other side. Kol stood there leaning against the door frame, causing me to roll my eyes.
"Give me one good reason why I shouldn't rip your throat out, Mikaelson" I hissed.
"Because if I die, the Hollow won't be happy with you and, chances are, will just end you and send you back to where you came from" he smirked at me, knowing I wouldn't harm him.
I rolled my eyes before stepping aside, allowing him to enter. "Look, its bad enough we have to work together. Personally I'd rather drown in my own vomit. But out of the small kindness in my heart, I'm letting you live. Now do what you've got to do and go" I turned around and laid on my bed, facing away from him.
I heard him place something down on the floor and huff. "I just came to drop some things off for you that I found. Feel free to look through and sort it out, darling" he told me sarcastically, causing my anger to lose control.
I sped off the bed and threw him into a wall, my fangs bare. "Lets make some ground rules. One, never call me darling ever again. Two, stay out of my way. Three, unless you are sent by the Hollow, don't bother coming by. You can see yourself out" I growled before turning around and returning to the bed and laying down, flicking through magazines.
I heard Kol stand up and sigh, then mumble something under his breath before speeding off.
Looking behind me, I saw the box laying on the floor. I stood up and headed towards it, opening it up and looking inside. There were a few tops and trousers, a leather jacket, and some small accessories, but the thing that caught my eyes was a sealed package. It was large, making me curious.
I undid the rope that was tied around it and unwrapped it, gasping at what I saw. Inside was a beautiful blue dress, with sequins embodied into the top of it. A sense of familiarity hit me, like I'd seen it before or worn it. I probably just saw it in a store somewhere.
Placing it back in the box,i stood up and grabbed any items I needed before heading out.
Klaus' POV
"So we need to kill the Hollow? Finally something I can enjoy doing" I smirked.
Freya had just explained her plan to use the Hollows sacrifice to bring back Elijah, and it's fair to say it was music to my ears.
"It's not as simple as it sounds, she's after some sort of stone, which we need to get before her. I don't know what it will do, but it could make her immortal, which could cause some problem" Freya explained.
"In that case we get it before her. I'll contact Kol and Marcel, get them on the hunt for it" Rebekah stepped forward, getting her phone out.
"Okay here's the plan. "Freya and I will seek the Hollow out" Hayley began, causing me to stop her. "I'd like our enemy to die at my hand thank you very much" I interrupted, causing her to roll her eyes. "No, you need to look after our daughter, make sure she's safe" She responded, causing me to huff.
"Rebekah, seek out the stone with whoever you can find, Marcel, Kol, anyone" Hayley continued.
Rebekah nodded her head before leaving. I looked down, disappointed I would be killing anything tonight. "Take care of Hope, Klaus" Hayley looked at me seriously, worried the Hollow would come for her. I nodded my head before heading off to find our little girl.
---------------------------
Kol's POVI watched as Rebekah and Marcel entered the building where the stone was, listening to their conversation. I already got the stone and I'd set a witch trap for them, with the help of Elisa.
I didn't want to betray my family, but I couldn't let her go. She was the best thing in my life.
I waited until I heard distress before heading in to the building, seeing they had fallen for my trap and were trapped inside a forcefield.
"Kol you wanker, I've been trying to reach you all day" she said when she saw me, causing me to grin.
"Well dear sister, looks like you've got yourself in some trouble" I replied in my sarcastic tone, causing her face to become harsh.
"Can you get us out of here?" Marcel asked. I circled the spells forcefield, examining the hopeless pair. "I wish I could drop the spell, believe me if it was different circumstances I would. But there's a barrier in my way".
I looked at Rebekah, staring into her eyes. "Elisa" I whispered, watching her mouth open and her face become less harsh. "You mean... she's alive?"
I nodded, seeing a smile form on her face before it became serious again. "How is she a barrier? What happened Kol?"
I looked down, unsure how to tell her what was going on. "The Hollow resurrected her, but linked them, meaning if she dies then so does Elisa. I can't lose her again, sister".
She stepped forward, her face beginning to fill with anger. "What have you done, little brother?" She asked, rage forming in her voice.
"I made a deal with the Hollow" I grabbed the stone and held it up to the light, seeing Marcel's hands clench before he charged at the forcefield.
"You can't do this Kol!! Let us out now!!" He shouted. I placed the stone back in my pocket and sighed. "I'm sorry. I wish I could, but I can't lose Elisa again".
Taking one last look at my sister and Marcel, I sped off, hearing them shouting behind me.
There had to be a way to stop the Hollow. Or at least break the bond between her and Elisa.
I thought about all the spells I knew, trying to figure out which one the Hollow used to link them.
I snuck off to the cemetery, looking around where I first met the Hollow and Elisa. There had to be something. I checked all the crypts and all the possible spaces where she could've cast the spell.
I checked the last crypt, which was different inside compared to the others. Candles were placed in a circle, with salt connecting them. A spell had recently happened here.
I looked around and found a big wooden box in the corner of the room. Opening it, i saw it was full of spell potions and ingredients. In the middle was a large knotted piece of rope. This must be it.
I examined the rope, realising it was tied with magic. Only a witch could undo it.
I knew the Hollow or Elisa wouldn't do it, meaning I had to think elsewhere.
Realisation hit me, causing me to stand and head out of the crypt and towards the Mikaelson Mansion.
I think it's time I asked my little niece for a favour.
