Hope's POV

I sat admiring my bracelet, wishing I could practice spells. I know my mum told me what would happen if I did, that the Hollow would come for me, but still the temptation was there.

Standing up, I headed across the room and landed on my bed, huffing as I landed. I was so bored. I needed entertainment.

Footsteps approached me, and I looked up to see my Uncle Kol standing beside me.

"Hello little one" he said smiling. He was holding some knotted rope in his hand, which made me curious.

"What's going on, Uncle Kol? No one is telling me anything". He sat beside me and sighed.

"Hope, if I told you someone important to me and this family needed help, would you help them?" He asked, sadness in his voice.

I thought his question through, trying to come up with a suitable answer. "It depends on who the person was and how much their life was at risk" I replied, watching him smile slightly. "You are the sweetest girl I know".

He lifted his hand to me, allowing me to examine the rope. "This is a bonding spell. I need you to undo it" he said, watching me take it from his hands.

I admired the tightness of the rope, and felt the magic surging through it. "Mum said I'm not allowed to do magic at the moment" I looked at him sadly, knowing I couldn't help him.

"We won't let her know anything about it" he replied, trying to persuade me. I shook my head and placed the knot on the bed looking down. "It's too dangerous, Uncle Kol. I can't risk it".

He sighed and I saw a tear roll down his cheek as he picked up the rope and began leaving the room. Before he got to the door he stopped and stood there looking away from me.

"It's your Aunt Elisa" he said, causing my heart to skip a beat. That was impossible.

I stood up and approached him slowly, observing his body language. "What are you talking about?" I asked as I got closer to him.

Kol turned and faced me, looking me in the eye. "The Hollow linked herself to Aunt Elisa and I can't protect her or save her. No matter what, Elisa will die again unless this link is broken". His hands were shaking and I saw him clench his fists round the knot in the rope.

I knew I wasn't supposed to do magic, but I wanted to see Kol happy again, and I wanted Elisa back in our lives. We needed her.

I slowly took the rope from his hands and looked up at him, his eyes full of hope. "Thank you, little one" he said, bending down and bringing me into a hug.

I hugged him back and closed my eyes. "I will try and get her back for you" I whispered, feeling his grip on me tighten slightly. "I know you can do it".

We let each other go and Kol smiled at me. "I'm going to find Elisa and make sure she's okay whilst the spell is happening".

I nodded my head at him and watched him leave. Focusing on the rope, I took my bracelet off and raised my hands at it, watching it lift into the air. This was going to take a while.

Kol's POV

I walked out into the courtyard, planning to head to the Hollow's new hideout. I knew Hope would be able to complete the spell and free Elisa, then all I needed to do was find a way to bring back her memories.

A thud landed behind me, causing me to stop in my tracks.

"I find it amusing brother, that you think you could waltz in here asking favours from my niece and I wouldn't notice" Klaus' voice rang through the courtyard.

I smirked and turned around to face him, his face full of disgust. "Now Nick, there's really no need for violence or fisticuffs. I purely wanted to ask my niece for a favour and then be on my way".

He grinned an evil grin before pacing slightly. "See Kol I wish I could believe your actions were true, but due to the fact you were supposed to be with Rebekah, whom I have not heard from, I cannot help but feel my senses are detecting a bit of betrayal".

His face turned harsh towards me, causing me to roll my eyes. "I wouldn't do something without reason Nik. There are things going on that you don't know or understand".

Klaus walked towards me and reached into his pocket, pulling out the thing I feared most in my years of being an original. A dagger.

"I may not understand, Kol, but I think the time has come for me to stop you causing even more trouble". Suddenly he charged at me, causing me to duck out the way to avoid being hit.

I extended my fangs, hissing at my brother. "I don't want to fight you, Klaus!" I shouted. Instead of listening, Klaus charged at me again, which I reacted to by stepping aside and throwing him into a pillar.

I had to find Elisa, but I knew Klaus wasn't letting me out of this courtyard unless I was a desecrated corpse.

Turning to face me, Klaus growled and her eyes veined up, preparing to charge again. I got into a fighting position, watching his every move.

He was wasting my time, but I knew smarter than to leave.

Growling one last time, Klaus charged again, me charging as well with my fist out preparing to hit him.

I just hope that my niece can save Elisa.

Hayley's POV

I looked around the abandoned run down mansion I was in, admiring the trinkets which were hung on the rubble. The Hollow was definitely here. Freya stood beside me, admiring the room.

"If we're to get my brother back, we need to move fast" she told me. I nodded at her before moving further into the room. We'd tracked the Hollow back here, and even I sensed a dark magic being present in the room.

Suddenly, something strong pushed into me and threw me against the wall, causing pain to shoot up my body.

"Sorry, no gatecrashers allowed" a familiar voice said. Causing me to turn quickly to face the direction it came from. There stood Elisa, her eyes dark and her face blank.

"Elisa?" Freya asked, which received a hiss in return. "You Mikaelsons have no right to call me by my name. You are a plague to the earth" she spat. I stepped towards her, confusion filling my brain.

"How are you alive? What happened to you?" I said, unable to process how this was real.

"Long story short, the Hollow brought me back, and showed me who you Mikaelsons truly are" she went to launch at me, her fangs bare, causing me to shut my eyes.

However, instead I heard her gasp in pain and groan. Freya was stood there, her hand raised at Elisa as she focused on her magic. "I'll deal with Elisa, you get the Hollow" she shouted at me.

"Don't kill her okay! Just buy me time". Freya nodded before focusing further.

Taking one last look at the pair, I walked out of the room and into a corridor. It was time to kill our enemy.
