Tessa's POV

'It is the first day of school and i am so excited' hope everyone noticed my sarcasm

My mom drove me to my first day of senior year, my last year in high school.

Really guys, it is not always like the novels where you get a car on the first day of senior year.

"Have fun and smile, it's your first day in senior year" my mum said

"Thanks mum, have fun with your patients too"

"I sure will" she said

Sometimes my mom never notice when am being sarcastic so I play it off

As soon as I got out of the car and waved my mom goodbye I faced the school and sighed

"I wonder, how less awkward school would have been if I never met you" i said to myself while thinking of Bart

I already checked my schedule on my portal so it was of no use to go to the main office

I walked silently until I was engulfed in a tight bear hug I opened my eyes and saw joby and Liv hugging me.

"Wow guys, I can clearly feel the love before am choked to death" I forced the words out and they both released me

"Sorry, I'm just so excited" joby said cheerfully

"Terah asked me out" joby said dreamfully

As we walked off to AP Calculus joby joyfully chatted on how Terah asked her out while Liv double checked her painted nails

"You guys can go ahead, I need to go to my locker" I said

"Yea, sure, see you in class"

I walked to my new locker and put in my combo. As soon as the locker opened up I kept my textbook and notebook in it and took my binder.

The locker next to me slam shut and
I looked by my side and saw bethany, she opened up her locker again and kissed a picture of Bart before closing it and walking down the hallway.

Talk about a person disgusting me

Time passed like a snail and lunch came, I walked into the cafteria and grabbed my lunch.

I was going to my usual table, then I stopped when I realized the only available space was next to Bart. I was still hesitating when Bethany passed by me and sat in that space.

HELL NO! I walked up to Bethany who was already sitting next to Bart and charting with him

I tapped her shoulder and said "I believe that is where I sit, get your fake behind off and go to your fake friends"

She looked back at me too shocked to say anything

I put my food on the table and she stood up

"This isn't over " she said

"Babe, I can't seem to remember it's beginning" I said to her while smirking

Then she stormed off

Everyone was looking at me and I looked at my food

"Didn't your mamas tell you that staring is wrong" I said and they all laughed

It was good being back again

Friday came quickly and we decided to have a small party in my house, just my friends and I

Everyone else was dancing and there was a lot of beers everywhere

I sat on a chair when Char came, she has been convincing to get drunk all party long

"Come on, loosen up and stop being a party pooper" Liv whined.

"We all know what happened the last time I got drunk"

"What?" Terah asked

"She spills out all her secret, like a person with diarrhea throwing up " Ian said

Everyone gave him a deadpanned expression

"Come on, I thought that was funny" Ian said and Char chuckled

"It's okay, I will just make sure you don't say anything when you are drunk" Char murmured

Bart brought in the beer and smirked, I'm happy he stopped using crutches two weeks ago even if we still don't talk

I was downing down the beer and I knew the consequences but I was going to loosen up, I was slowly getting drunk

And I remember shouting

"Who wants to sing karaoke with me"
