It would be way more interesting if you can listen to ' fix a heart ' or just watch the video of it above

Bart's POV

Tes was throwing a party for first Friday of resumption, just with friends though.

I was kind of shocked when she invited me I didn't think she thought of me as a friend anymore

I didn't get drunk because I didn't feel like

"Who wants to sing a karaoke with me" drunk Tes screamed

Randy pulled me up and pushed me on the home stage next to Tes

"I found a winner" Tes raised up her hand and giggled. Geez, drunk Tes giggles a lot

We were given a couple of choices and Tes chose to sing fix a heart by Demi lovato

Although she was drunk she sang like an angel almost like the way demi sang it

She looked at me straight in the eye when she was singing

Tes:
It's probably what's best for you
I only want the best for you
And if I'm not the best then you're stuck
I tried to sever ties and I ended up with wounds to bind
Like you're pouring salt in my cuts

And I just ran out of band-aids
I don't even know where to start
'Cause you can bandage the damage
You never really can fix a heart

Bart:
Even though I know what's wrong
How could I be so sure
If you never say what you feel, feel
I must have held your hand so tight
You didn't have the will to fight
I guess you needed more time to heal

Baby, I just ran out of band-aids
I don't even know where to start
'Cause you can bandage the damage
You never really can fix a heart

Both:
Ooh, ooh
Whoa, whoa
Yeah
Ooh, ooh
Whoa, whoa
Whoa, whoa
Oh, oh
Yeah

Bart:
You must be a miracle worker
Swearing up and down
You can fix what's been broken, yeah
Please don't get my hopes up
No, no, baby, tell me how could you be so cruel?

It's like you're pouring salt on my cuts

Tes:
Baby, I just ran out of band-aids
I don't even know where to start
'Cause you can bandage the damage
You never really can fix a heart...

Baby, I just ran out of band-aids
I don't even know where to start
'Cause you can bandage the damage
You never really can fix a heart
Oh no, no, no
You never really can fix a heart
Oh no, no, no
You never really can fix a heart
Oh-oh, oh, oh-oh yeah-oh...

I looked into her blue eyes and I saw tears rolling down her face. Her voice started breaking because she was clearly crying

And at that moment I knew it was more than a song, she really meant those words and I wasn't going to give up on her even if she pushed me away

As soon as we finished all eyes were on us and the room was quiet

Tes pushed me away and staggered across the room in tears.

I followed her to the kitchen and watched how she took another bottle of beer and slug it down her throat

I quietly approached her and took the bottle from her

"You've had enough to drink Tes" I said

"You liar give me back my bottle" she hiccuped

"You are clearly drunk, drinking more doesn't make you sober"

She pressed her head on the counter and started crying

"Please don't steal my bottle away like you stole my heart" she sobbed

"Tes, you are drunk. You probably don't know what you are saying, I never stole your heart. You don't even like me" I said softly

She looked up with tears in her eyes And giggled

"Mama says I don't know how to lie, but I'm beginning to think otherwise. You must have been a fool to think I never had feeling for you" she said

"I love you with half my heart, no three quarter, no everything. I really do, but loving you means harming you, and i will never harm you" she hiccuped.

I let her cry on my favorite shirt, even though my shirt was white and her mascara was not water proof, she was worth it.

And I was never going to loose her again
