Lilith was a Kronos. A Kronos is a person with parents that were light and dark. One being light and one being dark. They are also known as Titans of Time. Titans are very rare and they wield both light and dark magic. Known to die in battle and help others. Altair realized this when she described her parents. When she blinded herself with paper when they left town and when she blinded the bandits and killed them. She was a Titan of Time.

"Lilith, you are a Kronos." Altair informed Lilith.

"What's that?" Lilith asked while sitting down getting there food ready.

"Someone very special. You are very important. You hold the key to survival." Altair said sitting down ready to eat.

After they finished eating their meal, they heard a rustling behind them. Altair looked behind him and saw bright blue eyes. The person had a hood so he couldn't see the face. The figure moved and tried to stab him. Altair dodged left and kicked the assassin away. Altair concentrated and the staff appeared. The assassin charged when they saw the weapon. Altair shot a fire straight to the head of the assassin. It was a direct hit. The fire started to consume the hood. Then the fire continued to spread throughout the face. The assassin started to scream. Their skin started to melt from their face. They began clawing at their face on to have the fire catch on their figures. In just a few minutes the perpetrator was turned to ash. Altair saw the symbol. It was the Blue Shark's Flag. After the whole ordeal was over, Altair felt a huge amount of pain on his head. It was so intense, Altair passed out from the pain.

"Altair! Altair!" Screamed a voice that sounded like Lilith's. When Altair got up to look around, he saw pitch black. There was nothing anywhere Altair looked. Altair thought if he went back to sleep everything will be ok. When he went back to sleep, Altair woke up in the spot he was before. But there was blood. There shouldn't be blood if the enemy was burned to death. He looked around looking for Lilith. He starting walking up the hill once again to reunite with Lilith.

When he reached the top of the hill, he saw a great amount of flowers with a note. The note read, "These are for my hero. P.S. went hunting with Karyin." This was very nice of Lilith. This reminded Altair about the little girl he's taking care of. How she is only seven but able to do so much. Altair heard footsteps coming from the right. He saw Lilith and Karyin. With another rabbit. That might get them through the day, but that's it.

"Karyin went for the kill to soon and next thing you know, we are running through the woods for rabbit." Lilith said with a giggle.

"At least you got it right?" Altair questioned.

"No. We gave up when we saw one in the distance and got that one instead." Lilith stated looking upset.

"Well, maybe it wasn't the one you were going for, but at least you got something." Altair pointed out. "I wanted to let you know we are going to start going towards the castle. For real this time. We aren't going to get distracted and we're leaving after we eat." Ordered Altair.

"Wow. You sound like a leader right now. Havn't seen much of that recently," Joked Lilith.

"Hey! I have been working very hard recently, thank you very much!" Altair said a little too defensively.

"It's kinda funny how you're arguing with a seven year and the seven year old is winning!" Lilith said giggling.

"Just get the food cooking." Altair said shamefully. He lost a argument with a seven year old. At least they still knew how to have fun. They've been through alot lately. They ate in silence as they watched the sun peeked over the hills afar. It's early. "Let's get moving." Ordered Altair.

The trio made their way down an overgrown path. The path looked like it hadn't been used in a century. Over this next hill, lies the castle. Altair was drawn to the castle, like it was calling him. Night had arrived when they made it into the forest next to it. They decided to camp there to figure out a plan.

"Before we start, can you tell me more about Kronos," asked Lilith.

"Ok. Kronos was a titan in greek mythology. He was the youngest of his twelve siblings. He followed his mother's orders and killed his father. This is why, you are destined to kill your father," explained Altair in a monotone voice.

"There were two knights who protected Kronos, one day they fell in love. The love was forbidden in the eyes of titans. The man did not know a lot about relationships. His friends pushed him on. The girl, well I don't know about the girl. Anyways Kronos found out and cursed them. Your child shall be powerful, but they will always end up killing the father. Blah, Blah, Blah," continued Altair.

Lilith asked, "How do you know all of this?"

"My secret," Altair replied with a sly grin.

Before Altair could explain more, Karyin start barking. Altair looked over at the place the bark was aimed towards. Before he could investigate more, an arrow went straight for Karyin. Altair was too shocked to stop it. The arrow went directly through the eye, impaling the brain. Altair rushed over to Karyin. He held up the head to see the damage. Karyin was limp not even breathing. His hands covered in blood and eye fluid. Altair was traumatized, he had just lost another friend.

Before he could even mourn the loss of Karyin, he heard Lilith scream. Altair turned so fast, the killer could hear the bones in his neck crack.

On the ground...Lilith...In a pool full of blood...Lilith...Not breathing...Lilith...Motionless

LILITH
