A magic circle appeared around the brute. Then a huge dark hole appeared behind him. The brute started to scream. Bits and pieces of his flesh began to crawl off. Next, parts of meat of muscles started to get pulled into the hole. The screaming grew louder and more blood began to get sucked.

Soon all that was left was a pile of ripped flesh and bone. The brutes eyes had been all dried up, just like the rest of his body. The body was still trying to talk. All that came out was mumbled junk. Out of nowhere, the body exploded. An atrocious smell covered the arena. The body had died quickly. Mia walked around the body, while covering her nose. The back of the body had split apart. Organs were left hanging out. They were dried up and shrunken.

Mia immediately threw up. She was nauseous from all blood and killing. Mia fell to the floor. She looked at the black hole. It was still there but had stopped pulling everything inside it. Then, a dark figure could be seen walking out. It was Altair. He had gruesomely killed the brute. There was not one to be seen.

After Mia had finished her puking session, she looked up to see Altair standing there looking down at her. Her heart was beating. Was she scared? Was she going to die? She didn't know what was happening. All she knew was that Altair was terrifying. But, something attracted her to him. Maybe the scent of blood he carries with him. Maybe, the way he looks as he slay his enemies or the way his body looks like drenched in blood.

Altair stared at Mia for a few minutes. Mia began to grow anxious. Did she do something wrong? Was Altair mad at her? Was she holding him back? Before she could answer all of these questions swirling in her head, Altair started to speak.

"Just die." He said with no emotion. He started to slowly bring his hand up. A black glow can be seen forming.

"Just kidding." Altair said looking deeply into her blue eyes. He brought his face closer to her ear. Altair whispered into her ear, "We won." He slowly backed away with a small grin.

Mia refocuses on the situation they are currently in. She looks up and see's a screen showing that Mia and Altair had won. They were told by X to meet him out in the front to get their reward. While walking to the exit, Mia was thinking about Altair. She was confused by how comfortable she was near Altair. She was shocked about how he could kill without feeling. She was happy that she was finally going to be able to heal Meredith. Her long time friend that she has known for all of her life. Meredith was killed defending Mia from the bandits that attacked them. But in the end, Mia was still captured.

Altair was waiting for Mia and the front entrance, where they entered. There, X, waited for them. In his hands was a chest engraved with gold flower petals. He handed the chest to Altair, silently. There were no words exchanged and no sounds to be heard. When you win a battle, you never say "Thank you" or "Sorry". Altair and Mia walked back to their camp quietly.

As soon as they arrived, Altair ran to his tent to open the chest. After about 5 minutes, Altair came out with a sad expression on his face. The potion only worked if used 24 hours after a person's death. There was no use restriction on how many times it could be used, but that would still affect Mia. Mia's friend, Meredith, was killed exactly a week ago. Mia wouldn't be able to save her friend. But, they would be able to save Lilith.

"I'm coming Lilith," said Altair, walking to where he put her. Mia didn't move. Altair looked back and said, "You coming Mia?" Still not moving, Altair walked over to her and said, "Everything alright?"

"No! Everything's not alright! I went into that Hellhole to save my friend and all I did was watch you murder countless people. I was almost killed numerous times! So no! Everything's not alright! Now go. Go heal that little princess of yours that you care about so dearly." Mia yelled. Altair walked away. Not caring about Mia anymore. She may have needed him, but Lilith needs him more.

Altair ran back to the place where Lilith died. He looked for the place where he buried Lilith's body. He started to dig up the grave. Each grab of dirt growing more desperate than the last one. He finally reached the casket. He struggled to get her up, for a little girl, she weighed quite a lot. Her hair was unkempt and her fingers blue from the cold.

Altair looked over the spell. He read the directions. There was only one. Concentrate your magic energy and send it straight into the dead person's body. It had to be sent through an area on contact. On the spell, it recommends kissing since it was the quickest way. Altair didn't like the idea of kissing. It made him squeamish and uncomfortable.

Altair mulled it over for a couple of minutes. In the end, he decided to do it. Altair laid Lilith on the ground. He slowly brought his face closer to Lilith's face. Closer and closer the two lips got. Altair slowly closed his eyes and brought his lips on Lilith's lips. The light taste of vanilla entered his mouth. His nose was filled with the aroma of strawberries. It set his nerves to rest. His stressed body was slowly overcame by an overwhelming sensation.

Meanwhile on the other side of the colosseum, Mia was walking along a beaten path. Tears streamed down her face. She wasn't able to revive her friend. All of that for nothing. Mia collapsed on the ground. Her legs weak and her eyes still wet from crying. A mysterious person approached the weakened girl

"I can save your friend," said the mysterious person. Mia looked up drying her tears.

"Really?" Asked Mia.

The figure got closer to Mia. "For one price. You become my apprentice," spoke the figure.

"Deal." Mia agreed.
