It was like time froze. The shadows were being sucked up by Lilith's body. In just a few minutes, all the shadows were gone. The room was empty, no shadows in sight. Altair tried to see what was happening to Lilith. All he could see was Mia's back. Altair began trying to move around, trying to break the chains. He looked back up, covered in sweat from attempting to break the chains. All he saw was Mia frozen, looking down at Lilith's body.
And then she screamed. In a blur, Mia was pinned up against the back wall. She was impaled by a large silver spear. It went right through her stomach, blood was slowly gushing out onto the floor and dripping down the spear. Altair could barely see what had happened. Just as fast as the spear appeared, it disappeared. Mia dropped to the ground with a loud thud. She was still breathing, but it seemed that she was unconscious.
Altair looked back at Lilith. He was stunned. Lilith was floating in mid-air. Her injuries gone. Her eyes were a piercing grey color, the color of the moon. She was wearing a skin tight suit with cherry blossom patterns. And in her right hand, the silver spear. The mysterious woman looked over at Altair. She started raise the spear over her head, aiming it at the chains above. She threw the spear, Altair watched it go over his head.
Just before it hit the chains holding Altair, the spear was shattered. It's shards fell down onto Altair. It sparkled, like snow on Christmas. Altair looked around, trying to figure out how the spear broke. He noticed that Lilith was staring at the door, where she came from. In her hands, another spear was starting to form. Altair could see the particles around him being pulled into her hands.
After a few seconds, the door was obliterated by a huge fire. And from its flames, out came Samuel. He looked over at Mia, "Such wasted talent. She could've been useful for the future. Too late now."
He looked over to Lilith, "Now... That's interesting. I leave the room for two seconds and now someone's unconscious." He takes a look at the spear in Lilith's hand, "Hey now, no more fighting for you." Sam said casually walking through the room towards Lilith.
Suddenly, Lilith threw the spear directly at Samuel. Samuel stopped in his tracks and waited for the spear. When the spear was centimeters away from hitting Samuel, he reached our and grabbed the spear.
"Close one. Mhmm, let's see here," Samuel said as he brought the spear closer to his FACE.
In a flash, Lilith was in front of him, spear in hand.
"Wuh?" was all Samuel spoke before Lilith stabbed him in the heart. Altair could see the spear through Samuel's back, heart at the tip. Lilith let go and walked behind Samuel. She reached and pulled off the heart. The blood flowed down her arm, before Lilith clenched the heart in her hands. It exploded into pieces of flesh and blood.
Lilith looked over at Altair. She dropped the pieces of flesh onto the ground. Lilith slowly walked over to Altair. Her eyes still glowing silver. A new spear started forming in her hands. Altair looked at her and then at the spear. He started struggling again, trying to escape a horrible death. By the hands of Lilith, nonetheless.
Lilith raised the spear above her head, Altair kept struggling. WIth one big swing, she threw the spear. Altair shut his eyes, waiting for pain. All he heard was metal hitting concrete. Altair opened his eyes, the chains around him were torn to pieces. Lilith stood there, staring at Altair with her glowing, white eyes.
"Uh...hi. I guess. How have you been?" asked Altair.
Lilith stood there quietly, not moving a muscle. Altair noticed that he was kneeling, a force was keeping him down. He tried his best to stand up, fighting against the force. It was like swimming up a waterfall, seemingly impossible. Altair managed, but just barely.
"Heh, that took a few minutes. Can you let up the aura now?" asked Altair.
"She can't hear you. It's called Time Remnant. When a Kronos is hurt badly, they will go into a state of fury, killing everything in sight. The only reason you're not dead is because her subconscious remembers you," said a voice from behind Altair.
Altair looks behind him to see once again, you guessed it, a figure. A white, bloody and shortish bloody figure. Altair sees it get up and stretch it's back. Then it starts to walk towards Altair. Altair could not wrap his head around who this person was until he realized it came from where Samuel's body once laid.
"Only very few know of this. That is because the same, mode as you might call it, has happened to them. The only way to understand what is going on inside her, is to be ... her. But, I can assure you that she won't be hurting anyone anymore. She is almost done with her tantrum. Now, how about me and you leave the room Altair? Give her some space to think. Then we'll come back and check on her." Samuel saying "think" very loosely. Samuel walked up next to Altair. He noticed something going on with Samuel. The blood seemed to be evaporating away and he seemed fine. Though, Sam was very tense and looked a tad worried.
"Sounds like a deal." Altair said following Sam out the door.
"Before you say anything, let me spe-" Samuel was interrupted by Altair.
"Why are you so tense? How can you talk calmly and almost look calm and what if she doesn't get out of that "Time Remnant"?" Altair said getting worried about Lilith. What if she never goes back to the little girl he started to grow on?
"She's going to be fine. It's just part of her bloodline," explained Samuel.
"How do you know," yelled out Altair. Just as the those words left his mouth, a force pushed Altair down. He was left kneeling in front of Samuel. Then there was a bright flash. The light covered everyone in the room, blinding them in the process.
"No..."
