The rest of the matches excited the crowd but only 2 other matches stood out among the crowd and those fights were Todoroki versus Sero and Bakugou versus Uraraka.
In Todoroki's match it was over almost instantly as he used an overpowering ice move that froze half of the arena stopping Sero from moving.
In the match between Uraraka and Bakugou, it was a hard fought battle by Uraraka but in the end Bakugou's pure power and reaction time stopped all her plans. One of which nearly worked as she waited at the edge of the ring she preped to do what All-Might had to Noumu. When Bakagou charged her she used the momentum to attempt a surplex to put Bakugou just out of bounds but he had noticed her plan and had used his explosions to propel them into the middle of the arena and the power was enough to force her to let go of him from there his power dominated her.
"Thus ends the first round of the tournament and begins the second round." Present Mic announced as the crowd went wild at the monitor. Because as they looked they saw the first match of the second round. "TODOROKI VERSUS MIDORIYA" Present Mic yelled. As the two fighters went to the arena Endeavour was waiting by the entrance for Midoriya.
"You... boy how are you so powerful to defeat the thing that gave All-Might trouble only Shouto should of been able to." The ranked 2 hero demanded. "I honestly don't know. I guess I just trained way to much." With that Endeavour grew a disdainful look at the boy as he knew he was hiding something.
As both fighters stand in the middle of the ring Midoriua says "Don't hold back or you are going to lose." He smirks at the boy. "I only need my ice to stop you." Todoroki says with confidence. As soon as the match starts a wave of ice heads towards Midoriya who doesn't dodge and let's it encase him.
"MIDORIYA HAS..." Present Mic begins announcing before Midoriya starts laughing "Is that not holding back to you." He uses his shockwaves to release the ice from his body. "Man thanks for the cool down. It was starting to get hot here after talking to your father." Todoroki immediatly looks pissed of at this statement. With his anger being released Todoroki releases a bigger wave of ice than he used on Sero.
"Shit..." Midoriya says before using his lightning speed to end up on the left side of Todoroki. "Well too bad you don't use this side you would probably be able to beat me if you did." This continues on for 10 minutes. Todoroki ends up having the entire arena surrounded in ice so pushing an opponent out was no longer an option. Just then Modoroya shouts "Since antagonizing you isn't working. IT IS YOUR QUIRK NOT YOUR FATHERS." With this Todoroki stops his assault realizing Midoriya just was helping him to accept himself. He releases flame all over his left side.
"Finally..." Midoriya begins. "The real fight begins." At this point the crowd is awed by the pure power being showed by Todoroki and the pure technical skills of Izuku as he manages to dodge everuthing without effort. Just then a shockwave destroys all the ice in the arena. "Well it is about time this fight started." Midoriya says as he gets into a fighting stance. With that Todoroki uses all his power with his fire and Izuku rushes towards the attack and takes what would seemingly be a kill shot. With his body limp on the ground everyone believes the fight to be over but he kicks himself onto his feet and regains the black aura that appeared with his lightning quirk. "HELL FLAME ECLIPSE DESTRUCTION!!!" With that a gout of black and white lightning and flame came flying out of Midoriyas hands and sends Todoroki flying into the wall. "Midoriya wins by ring out." The aura surrounding Midoriya dies out. He then falls on his face. The rest of round two matches end the same as they do in the source material.
"With this exciting day of matches we will take a break for a day to allow the students to regain their energy" Present Mic concluded the day's events.
The next morning he once again wakes up in the infirmary. "Guess I over did it." He laughs to himself. Just then Todoroki walks into his room. "What the hell was that Izuku. I knew my flames were powerful but yours were on a level beyond even my father. When did you learn you could use these?" Midoriya looks down "I figured it out during my training for our 2 weeks off before the tournament. Ever since I gained my lightning quirk I had a strange sense of other power involving that quirk. During the 2 weeks off I figured out Lightning wasn't the main quirk it was just one part of it. I have now began calling the quirk Negation-Energy. What I have figured out is I can use the same kind of power as my lightning but form it into differents forms of energy such as light which is how I was able to use my eclipse moves." Todoroki stood there dumbfounded at the speed he has unlocked this quirk and with the regeneration quirk he notices Izuku has he began wondering how many quirks does he have.
The next day
Today begins the final day of the tournament beginning with Midoriya versus Iida being the first match.
"RECIPRO-BURST" Iida yells as the match starts as he goes to push Midoriya out of bounds knowing it would be a fight of speed he had a chance but if it came tp a fight of power Iida would lose terribly. Midoriya had been prepared for this and as soon as he felt Iida touch him vanished behind him with his lightning and kicked Iida in the back sending him flying out of bounds.
Next was Tokoyami versus Bakugou. This fight was obviously a no win situation for Tokoyami as Bakugou's explosions caused his quirk to retreat until eventually he was pushed out of bounds.
"BAKUGOU WINS!! THE FINAL ROUND WILL BE MIDORIYA VERSUS BAKUGOU!" Present Mic announced as Aizawa joins him. "Finally here what happened you were suppoused to be my co-host." Present Mic says to Aizawa.
"I had to talk to someone among my informants. Apparently there has been a security leak at U.A." he says as Present Mic looks shocked that there is a traitor among them.
The next round is being set as Bakugou and Midoriya enter the ring.
"No holding back on me Deku." Bakugou says to Midoriya calmly.
"I'll try not to injure you... too badly." Midoriya responds as the buzzer goes off to stary the match in an instant Midoriya is next to Bakugou who immediatly yells "W.M.D!!!" With this he explodes all around him causing Midoriya to fly back to the edge of the arena.
"Come on Kacchan... you copied my full power sesmic strike I used on you. I was hoping you could createbsome cool moves of your own for our fight." Midoriya says almost mocking Bakugou.
"I DON'T KNOW WHEN YOU GOT SO FUCKING ARROGANT PUT I WILL BE KNOCKING YOU DOWN TO THE DIRT."
He yells at Midoriya. Just then he begins glowing "You want a unique move... here it is. SUPERNOVA!!!" after he yells this the arena was destroyed with only two pieces not turned to dust. Bakigou was standing on one and Midoriya on the other.
"Woah that hurt Kacchan. If it had been anybody but me they would of died. Not a move a hero should use." When he finishes his thought he fall forward onto the dirt remaining around the block of arena he had been on a second ago.
"BAKUGOU HAS WON THE U.A SPORTS FESTIVAL!!!!" Present Mic yells as Bakugou begins to leave he too falls on his face.
1 week later
Midoriya had recovered a few days ago but was upset he had lost to Bakugou. This wasn't suppoused to happen anymore once he won at the heroes vs villians match with him he thought Bakugou had finally been surpassed. Bakugou had surprised him with his ability to unlock even more power with his quirk.
A month passed without anything eventful happening. Aizawa said he had an announcement to make at the end of class. The class was awaiting what the teacher would say. "We will be holding your final exams in a weeks time. Also during the summer we will be going to a camp as a vacation for all your hard work this year." The students all started cheering or panicing depending on what they were thinking of more.
