The same day..

Naira was working in her cabin concentrating on her work and kartik was also doing his working but time to time stealing glances at her.. he observed her every feature.... The way she frowned when she wouldn't understand what to do and the way her face change into smile just in seconds.... He loved that... He loved to see her smile.. he always wanted to.. it gave peace to his heart...

Suddenly her phone rang... She was too busy in her work but she stealed a glance at her phone and floor beneath her just shook...

She picked her phone in her hands and they started trembling.... Though she didn't get this call very often but it was the worst nightmare for her...

Sweat beads started forming on her forehead.. her hands started trembling... Her eyes became moist.. tears running down.. fear could be easily visible on her face.... So easily...

Kartik got panicked to see her like that and quickly ran to her.. he was about to see the caller ID but she snatched her phone away from him and ran out of her cabin to the washroom..

And once he became helpless... tears came from his eyes.. he was soo shocked.. he really wanted to know whose call it was... That made his Naira... His sherni.. go all weak on her knees...

He ran behind her...

And she ran to the washroom and picked up the call with a heavy heart..

After attending it she went outside with tears brimming her eyes and she saw Kartik coming in her direction...

He was about to touch her cheek.. about to hug her.... When she pushed him away from her out of fear.. her hands were trembling.. but till then she had managed to delete the number... Tears were running from her eyes and she was soo afraid.. the fearless Naira was now afraid of something... He again tried to hug her.. he so wanted to console her.. tears came down from his own eyes seeing her in that condition.. but she pushed him again..

Naira- (completely panicked..) Duur rho tum mujhse... Duur rho... I am sorry... Main ye job nhi krr skti..

And she wiped her tears and ran out from the office not before going through the wierd gazes if her employees... He ran behind her only to make Natasha fume with jealousy and anger..😂😂

She ran directly to the parking lot when she realised she had come with kartik that day.. so she ran out of the parking lot for a taxi but before that he forcefully held her hand and she stopped in the way...

Kartik- Naira.. Naira kya hua.. kiska call tha.. Naira kya hua... Plzz btao mujhe...

And she broke down and sat on her knees and joined her hands....

Naira- Plzz main tumse request krti hun.. mujhe mere haal pe chod do.. plzz chle jao meri zindgi se duur.. plzz kartik.. 😭 (and she was crying continuously and her every year was like a needle pricking his heart..)

And now he completely broke down seeing her like that.. begging infront of him for leaving her.. like seriously... He was more than shocked and hurt and confused and sad and anger.. the total mix of all the sad emotions one could ever have...

He sat down to her height and was about to hold her shoulders when she jerked his hand away..

Naira- Plzz kartik...Plzz I beg you.. bss mujhse aur meri bchi se duur ho jao... Plzz kartik.. mujhse pyaar krte ho na... Main bhi tumse bhut pyaar krti hun.. to uss pyaar k liye.. plzz mere aur kaira se duur chle jao bhut.. yaa.. yaa mujhe jaane do...

And his eyes now completely brimmed with tears.. those words pained his heart.. even hers too.. only she knew how she spoke these words to him...
Like every girl.. she too had a dream... She too wanted a happy family.. her husband's side.. someone to hold her close.. but she could never ever get to experience even one of those feelings... She was still Naira Singhania.. who had just one precious gem in her life now.. kaira... Though it was an accidental pregnancy.. they both were accidentally drunk when it happened... But still she thought she had a reason to live.. for if she didn't had kaira she could have died long ago....
