AND THEY MEET.. - A short Kaira SS..

Part-20- Just wanna be in your arms..!!

Kartik- (to an unconscious Naira..) Main kitna bura hun naa.. kbhi ye nhi dekh paya k tum itni takleef mein ho.. kyun nhi jaana paaya main... Itna helpless feel krr rha hun main... Main kbhi sapne bhi nhi soch skta tha k Papa...Nhi.. Mr. goenka.. Mr. Goenka.. aisa krenge.. aur Gayu... Ye Naira ko kisne kha k meri shaadi Gayu se hui hai.. Naira plzz se uth jao.. mera dil bhut ghbra rha hai... Ab main aur nhi reh skta tumse apne swalon k jwaab liye bina...

And tears start flowing from his eyes... A tear drop falls on Naira's hand and her stands makes a bit motion...

Naira slowly opens her eyes to find kartik sitting and holding her hand crying besides her.... Kartik sees her waking up and immediately a smile crept his lips...

Kartik- Naira.. Naira.. tum theek ho..

And he immediately hugs Naira and kisses her face...

Kartik- Naira.. tum.. kyun krti ho aisa...

Silent tears start flowing Naira's eyes...

She gets up and head to go but he pulls her back...

Kartik- Smjhti kya ho khud ko... Jb dekho bss jaana jaana aur jaana.... Kya maine ek baar bhi tumse kha k main tumse nhi kisi aur se pyaar krta hun.... Mere dil mein hmesha se tum hi thi Naira... Aur hmesha tum hi rhogi... tumne kaise soch lyi k main kisi aur se.... Itna hi bhrosa hai tumhe mere pyaar prr... kyun Naira...

Naira- (unstoppable tears were flowing from her eyes...). Pyaar pe bhrosa tha kartik... Khud se bhi zyada bhrosa tha tumpe... Lekin meri kismat... Jo paas aata hai cheen liya jaata hai.. ab to kisi k pass aane se bhi drr lgta hai.... Pehle mumma Papa.. bhai.. fr tum... Sb chle gye meri zindgi.... Umeed bhrosa... Kuch nhi hai meri zindgi mein....

She was standing facing her back towards kartik and he was sitting on the nearby chair holding her hand... Tears were flowing from both's eyes... After a lot of time she had opened her heart to someone.... She was 17 when she lost her family in an accident... What could be expected from a little girl who had to handle herself and her little sister who was merely a few years old.... She couldn't even reminisce the death of her family... Loss of her loved one.... And kartik came to her life as a knight with a shining armour giving her dull life a new ray of hope..
And when all this happened... She was again broken.. and this time it was not only difficult but impossible to heal her... But still she had to stay strong for the life growing inside her .. she wanted to give her all the happiness.... Being a single mother was not an easy task... Working day and night to provide mishti and her child a good life... She had forgotten herself...

They stood the same for minutes... No movement... And finally he spoke with a heavy heart...

Kartik- Kya hum kuch der k liye baat krr skte hain.... Saari misunderstandings ko bhul krr plzz...

And she wanted the same at the moment... She wanted to be in his arms for some minutes... She too wanted someone to hold her back and be by her side.....

He made her sit on the bed....

But just then the doctor came...

Doctor- Let me do a last checkup girl... Then you may take her home.... (He said indicating to kartik..)

They nodded and the doctor started checking Naira...

Doctor- U r very lucky girl... U have got such a good husband.... All the time you were unconscious he was besides you... He cares for you soo much.....

And the doctor checked her and then asked kartik for filling the discharge form and then he can take Naira home..

Kartik went with the doctor blinking his eyes at Naira in assurance to do the formalities.... He came back after a few minutes and went near Naira...

Without any words he held Naira's hand and carefully made her stand and took her outside holding from her shoulders... She didn't oblige... Because she wanted the moment....

He carefully made her sit in the car and started driving....
Without saying anything he drove her to his house and she too didn't speak anything....

Holding her in his arms he took her to his room and made her sit on the bed.... He gave her a glass of water... She was all the time expressionless just looking into his eyes...

He finally came and sit besides her and tightly held her in his arms and to his surprise she reciprocated....
She wrapped her arm around his stomach and laid her head on his chest and closed her eyes....

Lone tear fell from the corner of his eyes... He could really feel the pain with all his heart.... He couldn't even imagine how difficult it would have been all her life.... Firstly loosing her family at a small age of 17, handling her little sister... And then being a single mother..... He couldn't even imagine what sought of hardships had she faced... And he knew that at this moment she just needed his embrace....

He slowly caressed her hair and kissed it.... She snuggled more into him as if find her whole world... Her peace.... She stayed there for a few minutes until he spoke her name...

Kartik- Naira..Maine tumhe kbhi dhokha nhi diya.... Dhokha to hum dono k saath hua hai..... Aur main uska badla leke rhunga ..

But she wasn't in a mood to answer... Instead he looked at her face and noticed she was half sleepy...

And finally she murmured...

Naira- (murmuring in sleep...) Sshhh.... I just want to be in your arms....!!!!

And he smiled and immediately engulfed her in his arms.....
