As we finally let go I smiled.

"See you soon." I whispered kissing Ridge passionately before running of to the door. The joy inside me made me want to burst, this was just where I belonged. I raced out the door onto the gravel path lightly outlining our dance steps as I went. It was dark and almost everyone had left before me, the crispy autumn leaves crunching delicately on the grey and black pebbles.

"What a night!" I sighed passing trees and making light footfalls as I went, the air had a slight chill but it was overwhelmed by the fuzzy feelings in my heart. As I made it to the edge of the forest I was relieved, he still cared and was willing to welcome me at any time. I ran as I reached the last couple of meters, grasping the door and pulling it open with all my might. I pranced into the courtyard, I wasn't sure if it was the current situation or the seven bottles of rum but I was HAPPY! I opened the door to my tower to see a severely pissed of Duncan.

"Hey Dunc!" I slurred clearly intoxicated on more than just liquor.

"Jac, what the hell are you wearing." He yelled as I slowly snapped into reality, I was wearing Ridge's coat, shit.

"Ummm, a gift?" I said trying to be innocent.

"You little!" Duncan yelled stopping himself before cussing.

"Go get your stuff and never come back!" He growled storming of through the doorway.

"Well Ridge is gonna be surprised." I said, not caring who heard me while I ran up the stairs. I grabbed my guide to Tekkitopia and my purse before running back downstairs and slamming the tower door.

"See you later shitlords!" I yelled while running down the hill to the forest. The sky was a strange pinkish hue even though it was about 1 in the morning, it was strangely enticing like I couldn't take my eyes of it.

"Not the time to get distracted Jac!" I scolded myself as I ran through the forest not wanting to be later than necessary. As I finally reached the path the pumpkins had all been taken somewhere and the only light was shining through the balcony. I stepped up to the door taking the chance and knocking as hard as I could.

"Coming!" A groggy voice replied from inside, the door opening shortly after.

"Ridge!" I yelled as he opened the door looking stunned at my presence.

"Jac what are you doing here? It's 1 in the morning!" Ridge exclaimed as I got closer.

"I was evicted, and you said you wanted me to stay didn't you?" I asked my voice filled with bells.

"Well come right in then mademoiselle." He said picking me up suddenly and taking me inside. And we were so caught up in the moment that we didn't see the white and red tail of a coat flutter by.
