"Wild and strong you can't be contained; never bound nor ever chained."
"Wounds you caused will never mend-"
"And you will live again..."

Jonathan's eyes began to flutter open; sunlight poured in from a window. He groaned as he pulled the covers over his head and snuggled into someone's warm chest. Fingers ran through his messy dark brown hair. Jonathan's eyes snapped fully open, and he looked up to meet Vanoss's eyes. They were emotionless.
Jonathan never felt more terrified as the memories of last night flooded in. Vanoss looked into his eyes; they were like oceans themselves alone, as if there was something more to them than most people's eyes. He kept gazing into them, still picturing waves that would bob lightly in the blue. Jonathan was still looking terrified but he slowly calmed down as he looked into Vanoss's eyes. Thoughts and messages in bottles seemed to pass between each other as their eye contact never broke.
"So, your name is Jonathan," Vanoss gave a sly smirk.
Jonathan huffed, turning over on his other side to no longer face him.
"Aw, don't be like that."
Vanoss wrapped his arm around Jonathan's waist; one of his hands went back through his brown hair, scratching and massaging the scalp as well. It was at this moment Jonathan realized that he wasn't wearing a shirt. He sat up and covered his chest with the blanket. Vanoss, too, wasn't wearing a shirt either.
"What the fuck?!," Jonathan blushed.
"Rude," Vanoss said, "I saved your life."
"But why am I-?!"
"Because you were all wet, and I didn't have any other shirts at the time."
Jonathan watched the other male stretch and climb out of bed. He began to follow as well, but tripped over the blanket. He was caught in strong arms and spun around. He latched his arms around Vanoss's neck and yelped in surprise. Vanoss, on the other hand, just let out a laugh.
Jonathan looked back up at him with wide eyes as Vanoss looked back at him with playful ones. He placed him back down on his feet and walked over to his desk where he pulled out a small box. Opening it, he pulled out Jonathan's locket; it looked just they way it was. Jonathan felt tears of joy fill as he smiled. He ran over and did something he thought he would never do.
He hugged the pirate captain; Vanoss looked surprised, but he smiled as he enjoyed the moment. While Jonathan was still hugging him, he managed to slip the necklace back on his neck. Jonathan pulled away, looking at the locket with joyful eyes. He even spun around the room as he held it close. Vanoss just smiled at him.
He's so adorable, Vanoss chuckled.
"Thank you," Jonathan turned back to him.
"Any time," Vanoss approached him, "But I do think I need some kind of repayment."
"Like wha-?"
Vanoss gripped his chin, pulling him forward, and landing a kiss on his lips. Jonathan's face turned tomato red as his eyes were wide as dish plates. He shoved the pirate captain away and covered his mouth. Vanoss just let out a chuckle.
"I'm gonna put a shirt on," he told the other male, "You're welcome to my wardrobe."
Jonathan was still frozen in his spot.
He kissed me!, he lowered his hand, He fucking kissed me! I didn't know that was what he meant! What-who, does he think I am?!
Jonathan just found a shirt and put it on. The mistake was that he made eye contact with a very familiar owl. He glared at Gold Piece, pointing a finger at the bird.
"This is your fucking fault," he told the bird.
It hooted in response.
