Kris and Amber were given rubber wristbands after the staff checked their identity. They entered and saw the hotel pool totally full of people having fun, either dancing, swimming or drinking. The atmosphere was filled with a buzz of excitement.

"To be honest, this is my first pool party," Kris shouted over the music.

"Me too!" Amber shouted into his ear.

"So what do we do now?" Kris shouted back.

"I don't know, enjoy ourselves?" Amber pulled Kris to the poolside where everyone was dancing. "Shake that brass!"

Kris looked around to see what other people were doing. He caught a few couples who were dancing, or rather, grinding their bodies together and sneaking kisses in between. His cheeks suddenly unbearably hot, Kris dragged Amber away from the crowd to get some drinks. The place was a lot quieter and they were able to talk in their normal voices.

"Cocktails..."Kris frowned at the rows and rows of tall glasses. "Isn't there any Diet Coke or something?"

"You can't drink?" Amber asked.

"I can but," he stopped himself from saying 'you can't'.

"Take one then," Amber handed him a glass with a colour that reminded Kris of a milkshake. "I'm not drinking that," he said, shaking it a little and observing it.

"What about this?" Kris picked up another glass. "Looks like fresh mango juice...but you're allergic to mangoes," Kris muttered, placing it back.

"Wait, how do you know that?" Amber asked suspiciously.

"I watched your vlogs, the Ranting Monkey series."

"Shut up, you did not."

"I did, and I'm still waiting for your next episode. Can I be in it? Where's your vlogging camera?"

"I didn't bring it," Amber laughed. "Stalker."

"I also stalk your Twitter, your YouTube channels, both of them: WTP and the one you use to upload your music." Kris actually sounded proud of himself.

"You can't be serious," Amber said.

"'f Course I'm serious! I was one of your viewers who liked and voted for the pineapple bras, uh, merch."

"No way."

"Yes way," Kris took a sip of the cocktail. He swallowed it with a disgusted face, 'Ugh, not my style.'

Amber laughed contentedly. She missed hearing Kris say that.

"So I'm guessing you also stalk my snapchat-"

"Yep," he took another gulp then stuck out his tongue with a pained expression.

"My Instagram-but, you've never seen my stories before."

"What story?"

"It's a new feature on Instagram. Jackie doesn't have it too because she doesn't know about it yet –"

"Oh, I can't update my Instagram. I need a newer version of iPhone to do that."

"What? Let me see your phone."

"This is actually my Mum's old phone. I bought a new one and gave that to her," Kris explained when he handed his iPhone4 to Amber.

"It's locked," Amber remarked.

"Oh, yeah, let me just..." Kris reached out to take it back. Amber mischievously typed in '0 9 1 8'.

Click. The phone was unlocked. Amber blew a whistle. Kris tried to copy her, but he just couldn't whistle.
