Inseparable Mikasa x Eren

Prologue

Eren and Mikasa were childhood friends ever since they first meet at age 5. As their parents introduced each other, both of them couldn't wait for the fun to begin. They played in the park together when the sun was bright and huddled together when the weather was cold. Whenever either one would stay over for the night (which happened often because they did live right next door) the parents would always welcome them to their home with open arms, treating them like another family member. 

"Hey Eren, what do you say we make a deal?" I asked Eren as he continued to play with my hair as i sat on the bed (like the photo above). 

"What do you have in mind Mika?" Eren frowned as he was still concentrating on perfecting my bun. 

"What if were not married by the time we're maybe... 25, lets get married!" I turned around facing him as my heart beat faster awaiting for his reply. 

"Sure thing Mika, I promise cross my heart" he tightly squeezed me with a big bear hug.

*Knock Knock* 

"You guys still awake?" Carla called out from outside while Eren and I quickly rushed underneath the sheets, to pretend to sleep soundly.

We then eventually fall asleep in each others arms never forgetting the promise they made that day. Both Mikasa and Eren were inseparable, or so they thought until the dreaded day came. Mikasa's father had actually got a promotion in Australia and had to move away from Japan and from Eren. Before Mikasa went to the airport with her family they said their final goodbyes as she set off to her new journey. Eren had given her his favourite scarf so she wouldn't forget the times spend with each other. 

"Don't forget the promise we made to each other okay Mika?" Eren sobbed as he hugged Mikasa.

"I'll never forgot you" they both parted and Mikasa's family drove to the airport. 

Years Later...

"Welcome to Australia young man!" the flight attendant lady said as I thanked her and got off the plane.

"Well would you look at that, I'm in Australia" I sighed. I had just wish mother and father was with me right now...
