Chapter 5: Aftermath

Mikasa POV

I slowly start to hear a small sound eventually getting louder as I wake up. BEEP BEEP BEEP ughh what a great way to wake up, with a continuous annoying sound and pain all over my body. I pressed the stop button and then went back into my sleeping position with my head on the hard pillow. Huh hard pillow? I look up and see Eren with his mouth slightly open and sleeping soundly. Omg... why am I in Eren's bedroom and lying next to him. I felt my head pound again from the hangover and pain in the lower area.

No way... OH son of a bi- before I finished, Eren started to stir and wake up. "EREN" I shouted a bit annoyed and he got up from the loud sound.

"What do you want mum?.." he was still half asleep until he saw me.

"Ummmm Mikasa? MIKASA!!" he went red and turned his head around from embarrassment.

"Did we- umm do it?" I ask.

"I think so.."

Both of us say I'm silence.

"Well..." I stare into his eyes not knowing what to say next.

"I'll make us coffee okay?" he asked and grabs his boxers on the floor.

"Thanks Eren" I whispered as he left. To be honest I didn't want to leave my side but at the same time I felt our 'relationship' was going to fast. I thought about last night, the pleasure and the pain all mixed together with Eren who I felt known my whole life and not just recently caught up in his life. I don't know what to think right now...

Eren POV

I went out and into the kitchen to think about what to do once she got changed and everything. I thought about last night, I wondered what she was thinking about. I finish with the two cups of coffee and bring it to the couch. Mikasa comes out with some of her clothes on.

She sits onto the couch as I bring her the coffee. "So are we like a thing now? or was that a one time thing..." I ask looking anxious. 

"We can if you want.. but are we moving too fast, like you know I only caught up on your life two days ago" she replied. 

I really just wanted to tell her how I really felt about her and all these emotions I feel when I'm around her, but maybe she is right... we're going to fast. "So wait a while" I ask.

"Yeah but it wont be the end... just seeing what happens next" she reassured with a warm smile. "I'm gonna quickly go over to my apartment to shower and change into some new clothes okay?" She asked as she walks over to the door.

"Yeah that's fine, I'll do the same." I give her a warm smile before she leaves. Hmm what a night...

Mikasa POV

I walk out of his apartment and then bump into a small human figure at the hall way. "Ugh did you have to stand in the middle of the path" I snickered.

"Well nice to see you too" a low tone said and turned around to reveal his face.

"Uncle Levi?!" I asked in shock.

"I think the term your searching for is O-M-G" he said sarcastically and the looked at my situation. He looked towards the door that I just closed and then stared at me once again. "Hmm already doing the dirty are we? With the neighbour too because I don't believe that is your apartment" he said rolling his eyes.

"Oh shut up, want to tell me why your really here?" I ask.

"Something happened with your parents.."

All sound disappeared and I felt no feeling in my body. I couldn't do what my mind told me to do, which was to move or do something that made me feel alive. Nothing. It was like I was left in shock and couldn't do anything to break free, then I switched.

I cried and screamed for them.
