Chapter 19: 104th Graduation ceremony

Mikasa POV

"Come on! Let's goo!" Sasha starts to jolt with excitement as the rest of us do finishing touches. Everyone has come to our apartment to get ready for our final time altogether getting ready for our graduation. It has finally come. After all the hard work, distractions and stress eating... well for Sasha we actually did it. We passed with colours.

Nothing much has happened the passed year except for a few things.

We made some new friends during our adventure, (or really fixed friendships with others) as Jean, Marco, Annie and Berthold joined our group. Now we have the whole 12 of us together excited for graduating. Jean, Marco have gotten closer and have finally come out while Armin has the guts to ask Annie out (after I encouraged...or forced).

Both Eren and I moved in together two months after the incident. We have become more connected than ever and the funny thing is, there is no invisible barrier to keep us connected. It's disappeared without us even knowing as we found out one day, forgetting about the so called magic. I still had my shining light beside me and that was all I needed. 

We were just about finish with getting ready as we all took a photo before leaving. Annie was wearing a light blue flowing dress that came down to her legs to match her alluring eyes. Christa had a puffy light pink dress that was above her ankles, it was suited for a princess. Sasha wore a black that had a beautiful detailed back and cut that wrapped around her body perfectly. As for me I went with an off the shoulder dress with a beautiful necklace that Eren gave to me. Since I always wanted to keep the scarf on, even in summer, Eren got me a sparkling necklace for Christmas.

"Okay are you girls ready?" Christa calls out to us as we replied with an okay and drove off to the venue. The guys had gotten ready at Jeans house so we all decided to meet there.

"Wow we made it" Annie uttered as we pulled up at the extravagant venue. We were all pretty excited to see everyone and be able to continue with the next step of our future.

We see the other guys in their sleek suits along with Ymir who insisted on wearing a stylish suit too.

"You look beautiful as always" Eren comes up to me and gives me a hug.

"And you look as handsome as ever" I say as I run my hand through his still messy brunette hair.

"Welcome to the 104th Graduation ceremony at Survey Corps University. I would like to thank everyone for coming and for the students who put their hearts for humanity." Chair person and principal Mr. Erwin addressed us as the event began.
