Inseparable Mikasa x Eren

Chapter 18: You must win... please

Armin POV

The Wings of Freedom police had finally come along with Levi in his uniform after Mikasa had found Eren. They arrested all the gang member and Zeke Yeager so they wouldn't escape or cause anymore harm to others. Zeke would be charged with murder for the deaths of both Mrs. And Mr Ackerman, kidnapping three people, domestic violence and illegal use of weapons. 

To think he didn't have a backup plan in case any police officers came and they needed to escape. They really didn't have one clue we could fight back, they'll regret it in jail.  I wasn't that hurt since they had only used me as bait for Eren to come. I was the only one questioned by the MP about the situation. as both Mikasa and especially Eren have been taken to Rose hospital to take care of the wounds and cuts. Mikasa had been hurt a great deal but Eren's case was even worse as he was tortured in anyway to get the information Zeke needed. I saw Eren put onto the stretcher with the help of nurses as he couldn't move and needed immediate attention and Mikasa also wanting to be by his side.I hope they're both okay..

"Alert, are you all good? You sure you don't need to be taken to the hospital?" I see Levi walk us to me as he still had no emotion on his face.

"It's alright I just hope their okay"

Mikasa POV

I start to feel anxious as the two nurses were putting on a mask onto Eren's wrecked face. Even though I was still in pain from all the hits and strikes, I didn't want them to treat me unless I knew Eren was okay. I felt the tear roll down my face as the nurses were talking, responding to each other that he could possibly be in danger of his life. 

"Please.. please be alright" I grabbed hold of his hand and squeezed it tight even if he didn't have any feeling in his arm. We arrive at the emergency area where we get out and they rush towards the operation room as they tell me to stand by. No... No I want to be with him... No. I couldn't stop the tears from coming down as I was told to wait for him instead of beside him. I started to think of terrible situations and how I would coup with the news. 

I've known him my whole life really... and if I lost him, I just couldn't live with myself. Ever since I meet him he has been my light in my beautiful world but when I left and moved, I never felt that same happiness again. It was a miracle that we reunited again and also live right next door to each other. Even after all this time apart, we could still bond and become that same light. He even shone when life became cruel and unfair, taking my parents away from me with saying goodbye. He keeps me motivated to stay in this cruel and unforgiving world, and yet he made it beautiful and made me feel safe in his arms.

You must win Eren... you told me if you fight you live, and if you don't you die. You must win...please, I can live without you. My legs couldn't hold themselves and I collapsed onto the floor and passed out. E-Eren.

Eren POV  

I woke up with a start and felt pain course through my body as I sat up on the bed. I look around and see these cords and tubes connected as a doctor comes in to check on me. 

"I see your up now. How are you feeling?"

"Uhh not really that good.." I say as i massage my head from the throbbing headache. I then remember Mikasa and Armin, what had happened before. "Sir do you know if Mikasa and Armin are okay?" I said worried.

"Don't worry, Mikasa just passed out when you went into surgery and Armin is at the waiting room. Want to see him?"

"Okay thank you" he nods and then walks out of the room to get Armin and a few moments later he comes in with a smile on his face. "Hey Armin"

"Oh thank god your okay! When they said you were close to suffering internal damage, I quickly came to the hospital. I also visited Mikasa a while back but she was still unconscious."

"Can you please take me to her. I need to she her." I get out of bed and we walk to her room and open the door. I soon as I arrive I see her looking outside the window. "Mikasa!"

"Eren!" I went to go hug her as both of us cry our hearts out to find that both were okay. We couldn't care about anything but each other in that moment together and safe in each others arms.

"I love you"
