A quick note: Try to completely forget about what's canon in the show (or both shows, Casualty included) when reading this fic as it's clearly completely out of whack with what has happened and what's currently happening in the show. Like... Obviously Sam didn't come back before the wedding and obviously Ollie and Sam aren't old friends (that I know of) and obviously Dom had long since split with Isaac by the time Zosia and Ollie were approaching their wedding day, but it's just how the fic has worked out unfortunately xxxx none of you have mentioned it so im assuming it doesn't really bother you which is good bc it confuses me sometimes- and I'm the one writing it! But yeah... Anyway... Also, please hit me up with ideas guys! I've got several chapters which I've written in advance (that probably won't actually come into this story for a while but I was too inspired not to write them already) but I need some ideas that will make things interesting up until the wedding! Anyway, as always, enjoy! Xx

Sam and Zosia meet up for coffee- as they agreed to- one week after their first meeting. Ollie had wanted to be there too, but work was getting on top of him, and he really didn't want to risk falling behind. He'd been studying at home all morning, and was now being summoned into work by Naylor last minute for an extra shift.

Still, when the girls are sat in Pulses, Sam sipping tentatively at a piping hot mocha, and Zosia tucking into a blueberry muffin, he does make it his business to text, making sure he's at least present in that way.

'Who's that?' Sam asks as Zosia's phone goes off, the text alert making them both jump. Zosia picks it up and reads the message, her face lighting up when she realises who it's from.

'Ollie.' Zosia smiles slightly, holding it up for Sam to see.

'Hey, Zosh. Sorry I can't be there. Traffic is hell. Tell Sam I'll catch up with her soon, and both of you, have something on me. I've left some money in your purse. See you later. Love you x -O'

After Sam reads the message out loud, she leans back in her chair, clearly a little taken back.

'Wow. He really has changed. You've got one of the good one's there, Zosia. Don't forget that.'

'I could never. He's a 'one good deed a day' kind of a guy. Always reminding me why I fell in love with him in the first place.'

'You're lucky. To have someone like that, I mean. My ex husband's were- and still are- completely useless.'

'Husband's? Multiple? Do tell.' Zosia is sipping from her tea now, eyeing up Sam, wanting all of the details of these failed marriages.

'I'm not some kind of... Black widow, or anything. I've only ever had two.'

'Doesn't matter. Spill.' Zosia prompts. For the next half an hour or so, the girls tell each other about all their various exes. Sam tells Zosia about Dylan and Tom, and about her flings with people such as Ian, and in return, Zosia fills her in about Jesse and Seb and Alex and then Oliver. She saves him until last because she has the most to say about him. She gives off this big, long winded story about how they met and about the day of the explosion and how he ran off to Mexico and about how he proposed- twice- and all the while Sam listens, nodding at the right moments and even commenting every once in a while. However, when Zosia finishes, expecting Sam to gush about how adorable it all is, she's surprised to see her frowning.

'What?' Zosia asks, surprised at her reaction.

'There's one thing I don't understand.'
